I think they will wait until after the American election, and hopefully use the left's seething to their advantage. I imagine if Trump wins, so many Canadians will vote Liberal to spite Trump. Because....I think they're retarded.

I think it's a bit more complicated then that. The Pajeet infection is very visible and I don't think there is a single corner of the map that hasn't been adversely affected by Trudeau's policies.

Plus the media has indicated that as soon as Trump wins they will bend the knee, completely undercutting liberal lies.

That's the point of the mass invasion. It's to flip ridings with promises of ethnic bribes to keep the Liberals in power forever. It's disenfranchisement by other means. See the brown horde will let you be as corrupt as you want, provided you steal from everyone else and give to them.

These people have been a menace for nearly a decade and have ruined my hometown.

This is pretty much the exact same problem the US has. Our leadership all seem to think its like 1985-1995 or so to this day. That nothing is different now than it was nearly 40 years ago. They additionally seem to think that any changes they make will have no ultimate effect so doing anything doesn't matter. It can only make the green line go up or win them their next election. The complete inability to see the long lasting effects of any decision they make.

The article posted somewhere around here about Indian immigration. I forget where. But India is one of the most populous nations on Earth. Might even surpass China by now. India alone has the ability to drown all Western nations combined if we were to allow them to do so. Which Canada has decided was the better route apparently.

Anyway i’ll contribute more to this thread with a story.

. In Canada it was not talked about often but Ive seen similar stories even as early as 2012 there was problems with indians.

I have a second hand story of my local college where there was a very ardent feminist on staff who got culturally enriched, and would then defend the indian men who kept strangling their girlfriends and smashing them into the lockers. Several students witnessed then and kept speaking out to HR which was her department and she kept covering for them. Apparently some indian girl got thrown down the stairs not long afterward and the students were not expelled and they muffled the local news about what was happening.

Still today as some have already written here the abuse is plain as day and we are expected to tolerate seeing it. If you ever want to see Honour chokings just head on down to your local timmys or watch the men throw scalding hot coffee on their women

Progressives and liberals always end up being the victim of their own policies, because theyre statistically less likely to stand up for themselves or posess any sort of survival skills.

As was said basically, people are shadowboxing the same cultural landscape as 20 or 30 years ago.

Gen Xers never grew up and still think they need to 'rebel' against neo-cons and cultural conservatives, even though they havnt been a relevant thing for 30 years.

Even the Christlarpers that you see now are not in power and are pretty much just a liberal zoomer echo that I doubt would ever do anything.

If you want the actual problem, people vote based on emotion rather than logic. Women in the US have decided to make the US election a single issue, over abortion. When you bring up that the democrats are just using them, that they had four years to enshrine abortion rights (more than that, of course) and never did, that their excuse was that they dont control congress, they forget this. When you bring up that the landscape will be the same as it was in 2016, and they still wont control congress, they forget this.

When you bring up that "hay, I get it, but Kamala and Biden literally opened the border for millions of brown people to rape you, take your jobs, and theyre neoliberal shitlords"

They forget this.

Its like peoples brains turn off when theres a single issue and theyll vote for the dumbest parties with the worst political positions possible.

People both seem to think we're living in the same landscape as 20-30 years ago, or are so isolated in luxury beliefs, they refuse to realize their policies are hurting anyone below them because they literally ignore cries for help, until and only when it directly affects them. You add that 'emotional' layer to voting as well. "Omg, the conservative said something I dont like, or they dont want to legalize crystal meth, or in the US decided abortion should be a state issue", and theyll literally ignore all other politics and vote leopards in to eat their face.

Its dumb shit you see constantly.

Mark my words, Canada will probably have some similar things, like some conservative minister not being gung ho' on the 'Residential school denialism' thing or some other absurd nonsense, and they will suddenly forget all other issues and vote left wing again.

Single issue voters, unless its the single issue I support, are the dumbest people out there, but welcome to democracy I guess. On the flip side, it does seem like Canada is reaching critical mass on the single issue of immigration, so who knows. Said single issue is a structural one in which so many other issues stem from, so solving that, at the least, would be something which will have both direct economic and social effects on the country.

Filipino here. In the Third World this is basically the prevailing mentality, and it goes something like this:
  • All politicians (basically new colonizers) have a racket.
  • They need your vote to get in.
  • Might as well get a share of what they're gonna steal beforehand.
  • Vote-buying wins so everyone starts vote-buying.
  • Rinse, repeat.
I assume it's the same everywhere else, just equally or less blatant.

I think it boils down to situational awareness. Progs and liberals are always unaware of anyone else's situation and ensconcing themselves in a physical bubble (suburbs and gated communities) and an economic bubble (make-work NGO's, welfare, etc.) but more importantly, a media bubble (the correct news networks and blocking everyone/everything they don't like). Working together, they reinforce their bubbles until they don't know what's going on outside of them anymore.

Meanwhile regular-ass people might want to just turn their brains off and outsource their thinking, but they don't bubble together so they're still usually open to economic or physical dangers. Definitely get caught up in media bubbles though.
