Reading into this thread, I came to conclusion that I cant see how Canada will come back to the quality of life of 2000s
I think Canada has been permanently fucked
 
The Bloc seems to be getting ready to put its money where its mouth is in regards to trying to oust Trudy.

OTTAWA - Bloc Québécois Leader Yves-François Blanchet says he plans to make good on his threat to work with other parties to bring down the minority government now that the Liberals have failed to meet his demands.

Blanchet set a deadline last month, putting the Liberals on notice that to avoid an election "before Christmas" they must adopt a pair of private member's bills.

One of the Bloc bills, aimed at safeguarding supply management in trade negotiations, has the support of the government and is being studied by the Senate.

The other, which would raise old age security payments for seniors under 75, is one the Liberals say they do not support.


Blanchet says those discussions will start today, and the government is in serious danger of falling.

So far during this fall sitting of Parliament, the Liberals have survived two non-confidence votes put forward by the Conservatives, with the Bloc and NDP voting against toppling the government.

The issues Canada faces are structural, and worst off engrained in the mentality of the elite and ruling class. In their minds, it’s still the long liberal summer of the early 00s and Obama is still king (along with the population still being 95% white with a functioning immigration system).

This also speaks of the issue that Canada is spinning faster and faster around the US's cultural gravity well, much like many of the US's other satrapies. While Canada's mainstream culture and politics were always predicated on not being the US (with its connections to Britain being the main differentiator in the past), the issue is that nowadays it's based on solely against not being the Republicans, meaning that Democrat slop is consumed wholesale and quite enthusiastically by the liberal classes, who are quite satisfied by patting themselves on their backs and laughing at education standards in Mississippi.

You can just look at the new Dragon Age and see that its writing forms part of the globohomo continuity that spans the GAE. There is no 'Canada' in there.

The official story is that H&R Block got hacked, and the hackers created false accounts based on the info obtained, then filed for fake refunds.

HOWEVER, there is also a law that says the CRA must IMMEDIATLY report a breach, and they sat on it.

There is some shady shit goin on at the CRA.

To be fair if you are using H&R block or some strip mall place that’s not an actual accounting firm to do your taxes

And if you’re not using either free software or Turbotax than you’re a Niggercattle.

Like even if your are low income their are volunteer run income tax clinics that will prepare your tax returns for free,

Terrible fucking advice those free clinics are nearly all international Punjabi students you can hardly communicate with. If you get someone white its usually someone with very minimal knowledge. And in Canada their isn't "Free Tax software" even intuit turbo tax charges you. So if you've encountered something like that you might be pwned.


I think a reputable small buisness is your best bet if you're incapable of doing it yourself with or without the internet.
