More specifically, they're not designed to deal with people actively seeking to subvert them from within. The founding fathers of America had the good insight that people are fucking retarded and a government is best when it's slow and constantly at odds with itself. Massive changes almost always lead to economic disaster. This requires a strong opposition that holds the ruling party accountable and acts (primarily) in the interests of the people they represent. If the opposition is just as corrupt as the ruling party, the multinationals and banks always win.

It all trickles down from here, influencing policy decisions that lead to things like rampant homeless problems, dangerously addictive prescription drugs being handed out like candy, and allowing bankers to catastrophically fuck up the economy every decade or so.
 
Don't know where to put this, but I find the whole Trudeau/Modi saga hilarious. I remember a few years ago when Trudeau trucked out to India for a lot of glamour shoots in fancy outfits while Modi seemed very confused who he was or why he should care the leader of Canada was there, totally snubbing him. Trudeau came off as a huge Indiaboo and simp. Next, he tries to get Modi-senpai's attention by making Canada seem more welcoming to Indians. Modi sees an opportunity, acts friendly, and ships a bunch of low caste losers out of the country, using Canada as a dumping ground. Now Modi is doing the whole "make them break up with you" song and dance so he can go back to pretending he doesn't know who Trudeau is, right after getting rid of a bunch of extra dalits. It's a beautiful drama. Modi really comes off looking like a Chad here.

What the absolute fuck are you even saying. No Jeet could ever look well. The Dung sucking dictator of Hindustan is still a dung sucker even if Trudeau is worse. No one compares themselves to Trudeau and there's nothing he could do to sink lower he's a treasonous race traitor and that's the singular difference between him and Modi. Tbf anyone who talks to Trudy about policy long enough should see he's severely, dangerously retarded. Like the people we laugh at on this site, they'll fuck up anything and everything they have going for them without any prodding. It's hard to say whether the average jeet is aware of this self-destructive effect, but it's not much of an achievement regardless when you're dealing with a stupid fuck like Trudy. Modi looks better by default.
 
My wife and I were visiting some family out east recently. Any time I went walking through the unparalleled beauty that is a Canadian forest in October, I couldn't help but think about how much of it is being destroyed by horrible mismanagement. This is the sort of land people talk about when they mention how much space we have in this country for future housing. This is the sort of land that burns the fuck down because of Environment Canada dropping the ball. This is the sort of land that gets fucked up with litter and feces from people who aren't even from here.

I know a lot of Canada has what's called "Crown Land" and has to be sold to developers or tree licence companies first beofre any sort of building can take place. The process can take years. Also, alot of the companies holding tree farm licences ususally either allow certain access for hiking or even rent out portions as campgrounds throughout the year. It's mostly the land that's fairly close to cities which gets bought up and turned into condos.

Also, a lot of land either sits on the border of or resides in Native reserves, so any potential development can be hamstrung by a tribe suing a government or company to stop the building. (This can be both a good or bad thing, I tend to take it on a case by case basis, although we SHOULD be building more pipelines.)

Due to government red tape or legal wars between corporations, tribes and governments, I don't see Canada's natural splendor going away anytime soon.

Unless we let the Chinese or Indians buy up land here, who will build whatever the fuck they want and poison the enviroment without listening to safety/enviromental laws.

Have a gander at the municipal flag of the "Ottawa Megacity" (they actually call themselves that, and the definition fits when you realize they've successfully turned the entire country into a low-income slum on the outskirts of Ottawa).

And no, that flag (which was adopted in the year 2000) is just an O stylized in the shape of a maple leaf and if you see anything else you need to take antipsychotic medications.

Life lease --> Basically become a Serf to landed aristocracy (good luck with that option when Renovictions exist)

Co-ownership --> Yes owning 0.5% of a house with 199 Jeets is really a solution. Se Tragedy of the Commons.

Land Trust --> If White people did this for other White people it would be shut down so quickly by the Feds.
