Yeah I usually go for the Monday / Tuesday chicken on the rocks at Lazeez cause it’s good value for the money. Today it was busier than usual but got it even cheaper. Forgot about it till I walked in.

Also Osmows has been shit for the past three years at least
It's all dogshit. I would never pay full price for this diarrhea.

Not even 50 years ago, men were burning their draft cards and refusing to fight. Hell, Muhammed Ali famously refused, and it cost him as well. At any rate, the crux of my argument is your post, effectively. How many men do they expect to realistically pull from this draft? How many men are mentally prepared to face war? Is there a way to ensure the borderline cases of mostly mentally stable won't turn their gun on their COs, or themselves? With our birth rate declining, will there really be any winners left to celebrate?
yeah, and they all came up here and became NDP voters/politicians.

I can't shake this feeling that Trudy will use the whole India thing going on in the news rn to try to get around the SDTC deadlock that parliament is in. He can simply whine that the other parties are too focused on politics to focus on the heckin safety and security of citizens.

Remember, fake compassion is his go-to manipulation tactic; without it, he wouldn't have made it anywhere in life.

I had to go to the library today because of a class at a college that is in the top 10 of Indian student scams (unbeknownst to me at the time of applying). I had to go because although the book, an average mediocre piece of Canadian literature, is available on the internet archive, some piece of shit decided I can't read it because Palestine.

The nearest library to me is located around a mall. Walking through the mall, half of it smelled like old piss. I don't know if it was the patrons or the actual mall itself. Although the library was surprisingly (yet not surprising at all) was very nice and really busy for a morning weekday, their system to look up books didn't even work. I guess most surprising was the clerks were really friendly and nice about helping.

I returned home to find the previous encampment across the street involved in the landlord drama abandoned. However, talking to a neighbor, they already found him in another nearby park harassing dog walkers.

There is absolutely zero solution in place for these people as we hit the first frost warning of the season and multiple fires are reported daily from exploding propane tanks. If the forecasted prediction for this winter to be a very cold one, this absolutely will become a humanitarian crisis. Unlike some of the countries we'd like to compare the socio-economics to as evidence we are falling into a third world - they don't have Canadian winters. We can only hope that climate change brings upon a decade of warm winters, otherwise people are going to die. It's not the same as Vancouver. It's not the same as Oregon or California. It's not even the same as Kensington, PA. A massive stretch of Ontario with capabilities of reaching temperatures anywhere between -15 to -30 celcius, with or without the windchill, is where almost a quarter of a million homeless people are currently located. If even 25% of that quarter million are outside, they're dead. And we literally do not have the space to put them inside. Though I'm sure it'll make a lot of sense to pay for the hotels they'll inevitably come to as a solution after the first wave of deaths come through.

Lately I've had this shift in myself that's very subconsciously preparing for war. I don't even know what that war is. Maybe it's foreign. Maybe it's tangible. Maybe it's local. Maybe it's intangible. Maybe it's the fork in the road of choosing revolution or falling in disgrace. But I don't think we will ever have the Canada that existed 20-30 years ago again. And I also don't think this is the "new normal" they're really trying to sell us on. This is something else that when it hits a climax, will have the type on consequences the pandemic had in terms of massive societal shift overnight and impact every facet of Canadian life.

I'm not even a conspiracy type. I've never prepped for doomsday. Maybe that climax will never come and we will all live in huts and eat bugs. Maybe I just feel pessimistic today after a walk through the piss filled mall and the Canadian cycle will continue for another 100 years.

preparing for war.
If you read about life in 3rd world countries or even regular countries during wartime this is mostly how it is, random shortages and knowing thousands around you will die and the fear that a group will come along and fuck you over. There's a great game by an eastern european studio about the Yugoslavia wars that perfectly illustrates this. just because you're not a soldier doesn't mean you aren't affected by it or a participant in it.

I'm liking this whole "Expose corrupt judges" focus.

This week's asshole is Patrick L Doherty of Vancouver Criminal Court. Doherty is a bleeding heart piece of shit who has a history of refusing to give jail time for rapists, murderers, and repeat offenders.

In May, he let a 10 time violent offender, Massimo Falvo, off the hook with probation for assaulting 4 people.

On Sunday, Falvo tried to murder a random woman in a skytrain station.

If he had been properly sentenced the first 1000 times he went to court, he wouldn't of been out to commit more crimes.

Fuck you Doherty you parasite. Enjoy being famous.

Next week, I'll be reporting a bit closer to my neck of the woods and focusing out East.

Fuck seeing my whole class today and bow down to globohomo (we are in law which is the last fucking thing you want the countries lawyers doing) unnerved me to know end. Like fucking shit people think for yourselves. I challenged my professor about the use of they/them. Using those terms just confuses the courts because they are a stickler for grammer. Only response I got was just use the full name. We are also being taught that handshakes are not good any more. Which deprives the clients of giving them that secure, "Do not worry, I will take care of your problem", feeling.

Only respite is the blue collar lads I drink with think all this shit is gay. And these are the dudes that keep everything working everywhere.

This county is a failed state and the quicker it burns down the quicker we can pick up the pieces and try again.

The Vancouver/B.C judges are pozzed as shit. Which doesn't say much because the SCC is fucking shit too atm. We have one funny British guy, and a decent female judge, and I guess the chief justice is alright too. I do love how the first " SCC judge of color" is just another horrbably pompus british dude.

Is Trudyboy trying to make the "smol dick" gesture that Worst Korean feminists make here?:

The soy levels are literally at critical levels with how wide Trudy's eyeballs are sticking out in soyboy fashion.

“She was repeatedly punched and kicked in the face, and sustained multiple injuries that required medical attention at hospital,” Addison said. “The suspect and victim did not know each other and had no prior interaction before the assault occurred.”
But as Global's Kristen Robinson reports, Falvo is well known to police.
me when the government doesnt keep anyone, especially immigrants in jail or send them back home like they "did" with indian terrorists.

there's a reason the BC judges are pozzed. Plus the SCC. Remember when they went hard against Trinity Western University opening their own law school, to the point where several provincial Bar associations and Law associations REFUSED to accept any potential graduates and thus ban them forever from practicing law in those jurisdictions? There was a reason for that. The law schools in Canada are 100% pozzed and captured by the Long March Through The Institutions by Postmodernist-Marxists. By the time Pierre Pollievre or any other Conservative gets to appoint any judges, there will only be commies to appoint.

What's really strange is that the Trudeau Liberals have not appointed enough judges for anything lately. There's a ton of vacancies. If the pool of Candidates wasn't so fucking pozzed, it would be a grave mistake that would result in the C's being able to appoint proper judges when they get in.

Issue is is the Law Society Act. It only lets these law societies act as quasi judicial authoritative bodies because these law societies used to be a the civilian body for the people. Now since they have become pozzed this statue actually works against the public's well being.

Funny thing is the LSO (Law Society of Ontario) had those pozzed bencher. They got voted out because they decided to go after the jew. The jew make about 40% ish of the lawyers in Ontario. They have the power and guess you would say rightous ingdination to smack down the goylims their faggot and the jewnigggers tried to put up these faggots.

For the reason why the libs havent apointed enough judges, it is becasue of the lack vacient seats at least in ontario. A lot of judges now are judging to the age of 75. If there are no seats the libshits can't apoint more. We might see more conservative judges being apointed next term if they can hold the goverment for at least 8+ years.

That’s when we should go back and make Judges out of well rounded people in the community who don’t have the baggage of those shitty institutions.

Its why we have juries to be honest-

Judges are supposed to know the law well and give appropriate punishments. The fact that they don't give appropriate punishments based in case law is a travesty to be honest. Don't have a solution for this, other than shaming them basically and disbarring judges with super obvious biases.

For example: Wrongthink gets 10 years but rapist walks free because theyre transgender should be an automatic disbarment.

In the US, you do see states that have imposed mandatory minimums in a lot of areas to avoid this sort of excessive bias in judges, but vice versa, mandatory minimums for non-violent crimes, or marijuana related crimes, are just 'too controversial' for most so many courts have gotten rid of them entirely. Either way, theres a lot you can do to tweak the system, but this all rests on the concept that youre not living in clown world.

This is really a more interesting topic.

Fundamentally, Western institutions were not designed to deal with people actively seeking to subvert them. They were designed to be used honestly by honest and moral people. This might sound highbrow but it's simply reality. This goes for all of our institutions. Public libraries were intended for free use by the public to read books and share knowledge. They were not meant to be used by homeless drug addicts as a place to hangout and get high in the bathroom. Then jerk it to porn from the public computers. In my hometown the public library parking lot has homeless people in RVs parked in the parking lot now and living there. Because there's no mechanism today to just say no we can't allow that. They are the public and because they checkout a book they don't read to not get kicked out we can't stop them from doing this. Even if it is common sense.

Our judicial system was not mean to deal with a massive amount of people willingly breaking the law and Judges refusing to charge and detain them because of some indoctrination into an oppression narrative.

At the higher levels in the USA our entire judicial political system was not meant for the Executive leaders to deliberately give illegal orders knowing that the order would be in effect until it went through the process to determine its legality. Such as Biden did with student loans and then again with our DREAM nonsense. Even if on its face it will obviously fail judicial examination. It was meant for honest orders to be given under the honest argument that this or that was valid. Then if it failed to survive the judicial process for some previously unknown reason it would be what it would be.
