I hate that white Canadian born Canadians are to blame for taking the native's land so we should give them money but the foreigners who come here, by choice, are given money too. How about we make the foreigners coming here pay for the native reparations?

This always made me sad; the nearby rez is on a highway and you'd occasionally see these absolutely lost mutts just wandering around the gas station looking to make friends. Once in a while one would be hit on the highway and you knew it's owner didn't give a fuck and would have another one they ignore half the time soon enough.

I remember that too. There's still some interesting programming, but it's maybe a half hour to an hour every other day when you get Quirks n Quarks or Under The Influence or some sort of news/history stuff. Early in the morning there's some DW programming with international news that can be interesting. Mostly it's slop talking about natives or newcomers or some other really boring idpol nonsense.

The feds are getting sued yet again by these cunts. All of these tribes will continue to sue the federal and provincial governments for hundreds of millions to billions of dollars per suit whenever they see a chance. They don't pay taxes, so they don't foot the bill for their faggy frivolous white-guilt payouts. They have every incentive to keep whining for massive payouts. I'm sure most of that money won't make it into the hands of the average Injun living in squalor on a reserve, and that keeps the majority of them resentful since they never see anything around them improve.

I'm a couple hours late, but happy White Man Bad day! Something that's been stuck in my brain for the past couple months is a piece I saw on the news about how the EVIL YT is KIDNAPPING innocent abo children! When I heard the numbers they gave, I thought it was a joke until I looked it up myself.

I've made friends with a good amount of abos and they all openly hate their own race, especially the ones who actually grew up on the reservation (they all call it "the rez"). They view every guy on the rez as a drunken, gas huffing, wife beating rapist and every woman a pathetic whore who takes all the abuse while neglecting her children so she can fuck a million guys and spend her gov gibs.
 

I don't know how I feel about this guy just yet, but this is objectively correct.

The feds are doing sting ops to ruin your lives, they want you to feel worthless. An election will not change the thinking patterns these people have against us.

The first percentage depends which definition is used. Trudeau widened it grossly. I've heard as low as 3% and believe it.

The 2nd percentage likely still fits the 3%.

Stephen Harper's Conservative Government put in rules to make native bands accountable to the membership. The second Trudeau got into office, he repealed that. For votes.

because some members are in tight with the chief either as relatives or friends or whatever and get benefit from that. Only a small minority in comparison would even complain about the status quo. The rest are ignorant or too busy partying/getting half-cut or huffing gas.

Before Harper put the rules in, one native band council in I think Ontario (could be wrong, but it was somewhere out east) got a bunch of bags of fucking cash bills, spread it out on the floor of the band office and fucking rolled around in it like fucking Scrooge McDuck. All of it was money from the Federal Government.

Native people I have known got enormous educational grants for university and multiple other benefits. They are privileged without question. Now the ones that live on reserves are worse off of course but those natives that live in cities and towns get considerable benefits and help. They even get rehab stays covered.
