long term asylums were also extremely expensive. at its peak, new york state was spending 30% of its budget to lock up crazies in asylums. once antipsychotics were invented the state had an excuse to close them all day for community care (throw them out and make YOU deal with it)

If my taxes were used to keep degenerated feral crackheads locked up, which results in safer communities, then I’d have no complaints.

These subhuman crackheads can't be helped. Throwing them all in jail would cost way too much and the jails probably couldn't even fit them all. The best and most reasonable solution is to just round them all up andp fucking shoot them all. Nobody will miss them since they probably lost everyone who cared about them years ago to their addiction.

Every one always complains how there is a need for better and more mental health resources but suggest that we should build an asylum to house the patients and there will be push back about how asylums are bad cause of how backwards they were witch is dumb because that is like complaining that hospitals used to be more crude, we used to cut people open withe out anesthesia for goodness sake. Asylums need to come back they just need to be named some thing more palatable so faggots don't get offended by the A word and be placed a good 60 - 70 miles from the nearest civilization so that if any of the tards break containment they wont be able to reach anyone before beig wrangeld or eaten by bears, this will provide a proper dedicated facility where we can attempte to reahbilitate the crased crack heads while keeping them away from civilized people and if it ever lookes like there is no hope of rehab well that is what MAID is for.

That aristocracy spent decades securing every institution from academia to media to unions, but Poilievre managed to utterly subvert it in a few years. It's the primary reason why they are trying to force through these hate speech laws and give the CRTC the ability to regulate the Internet.
