If Trudeau really cared about Canada, he wouldn't be spending 9 years fucking up it's infrastructure. Now Canada is at it's most vulnerable with Trump desperately wanting it to be the 51st state. This is truly the worst.

Well, it was a decent thread while it lasted with a few decent voices of commentary but this is several times worse than Reddit now and an embarrassment. Enjoy being raped up the ass by Chad Americans.
Null showing up brought all his frothing sycophants to shit up the thread. Alas.

Hopefully this is a nudge we needs to go back to developing our strategic industries.

That's the genius of this as bad as a turn of events as it is. It will take Canada engaging in a wartime effort never seen before. 10-20 years of uninterrupted inter-provincial co-operation at every level of government, every political party, every special interest, every chug, and crown interest to install thousands of miles of pipeline, LNG terminals, new refineries, mineral extraction, etc. to get out from under America. Maybe a hundred billion total and money for a standing military to defending territorial, coastal waters including arctic and patrol the border if that's going to be a thing. All from a country that can't or won't even build residential houses for people to live in. Trump knows this, and all we wants is Trudeau to bitch out and kiss the ring because its personal and Trudeau won't he'd rather see all of Canada burn.

But none of you have presented solid reason for suddenly sucking Donald Trumps dick and wanting to shed your nationality and rights.

Nationality... its a post national state but you knew that. Rights? Debanking, being locked up for protesting etc. Being locked up for speech, you already know that. Proposed nearly life sentences for hate speech if Justo and the real power brokers had their way before prorogation. You will not be make your replacements uncomfortable while they steal your country from you.

Hate to break it to your big brain but the brain drain is intentional, like everywhere else in the world it happens. It's completely intentional because the last thing a corrupt state (ie, Laurentians) wants in the country are smart, educated and capable people who will depose them. They want to retain people like you who are easy.

This is all I'm asking for, guys. I literally am disbarred from center-left to left circles because of my views.

This comes as a surprise. Maybe its not your views but the pinky triangle way you deliver them?

When I was growing up in the GTA, Breakfast Television had a segment with this guy who would broadcast from his home at his kitchen table sometimes in a bathrobe even, drinking his morning coffee. He would buy every newspaper in the city - The Star, The Sun, The Globe and Mail etc. and he would compare all of the headlines to see how the news was being reported and what kind of bias the newspaper might have compared to another media outlet. This is basically unheard of now and something you really have to seek out in order to find the whole picture of a story because of how infiltrated the media is by hundreds of different interest groups.

BkTV fan? Say no more. Here is your inventor of BkTV and CityTV, and Canada's biggest ever hasbarat. Really explains everything about your schizoposts.

Moses Znaimer OOnt (Russian: Мовсес Денид Знамиер; born 1942) is a Tajik-born Canadian media executive of Jewish descent. He is the co-founder and former head of Citytv, the first independent television station in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and the current head of ZoomerMedia.

In his youth, Znamier attended United Talmud Torah and then Herzliah High School in the United Talmud Torahs of Montreal private school system, where he developed a reputation for the quality of his voice while performing Friday services.

And to come full circle to 2025, perhaps Canada's greatest Maritime folk singer Stan Rogers, who looks like a boomer, but somehow died at 33 in 1983 burned alive on an Air Canada plane in Kentucky when some faggot set it alight by smoking in the washroom.

When folk songs were epic, planes could still be hijacked & you could still roast in your cabin chair even when it was maintained by White men.

I have and somehow I still don't want to lose my rights, freedom, access to democracy, identity etc just because they immigrated too many Brown people. Are you insane? Too many brown people show up and you give up everything? That's why you're a Canadian Nigger. That is incredibly weak spirited as an individual, regardless of what country you live in. You are ready for the new world order to be dictated to you by the hands of a few billionaires where you finally own nothing at all, not even the modicum of national identity.
I think I see how Canada got to this place.

Thinking that just wanting things was enough to deserve them.

It’s a hard world, and the US mostly ignored and passively protected us when we weren’t A Problem.

But for ten years we’ve had a combination of anti-American leadership (and citizens) who would spit on our only protector and meal ticket to the extent that we willingly let China in here to install itself like a tick on USA’s northern border. We refuse to develop resources like a serious country. And now it’s so integrated into our economy and culture we can’t solve these problems ourselves.

We’ve also let in the worst terrorists in the world and let them live openly in our cities, because we are so easy on crime they don’t care about being caught. We actively import useless human biomass to Make GDP Go Up, impoverishing the pre-existing population.

Canada has turned into A Problem for the US, and we cannot or will not solve it, so they will solve it for themselves, and we will take what we get.

What the hell are you so nostalgic for? You can keep the maple syrup and hockey if that’s what’s most important to you. Canada is a failed state, you think those just get to flail around indefinitely causing problems for the countries around them?

Seeing the Team Canada mass formation is giving me the Covid creeps. We are, at heart, an authoritarian country.

I've been in this thread for months espousing my center-right anti-big-corporate anti-government beliefs. I clearly stated I do not think Canada is the best country in the world but I am not willing to become American because browns and Trudeau. I have consistently spoken about Canadian issues especially the ones in central to Atlantic Canada. I have consistently said I do not agree with immigration. I have consistently said I believe the country has suffered a massive brain drain. I have consistently said I do not like the liberals or Trudeau - for months. I have consistently said I do not like PP. And I also do not like Donald Trump. I believe the government on both sides believe average people are too stupid for the full story or information and will act accordingly. I have clearly stated prejudices against natives and whatever progressive thinking has occurred about them. I have been across this website speaking about disliking transgender ideology.

But none of you have presented solid reason for suddenly sucking Donald Trumps dick and wanting to shed your nationality and rights.
Okay, I hear all of that and I think we see eye to eye on most of that. I'm going to level with you and explain my position on the issue. I don't think this is so much an issue finding reasons to abandon Canada, rather finding reasons why I should support Canada in any capacity. When it comes to politics, I am pragmatic above all else and reject a majority of arguments revolving around morality and loyalty in favor of tangible results because loyalty doesn't mean anything when I'm starving on the side of the street. I don't care who is ruling over me, so long as they stay out of my life as much as possible. I don't necessarily want Canada to die, but it fails to give any reason it should keep living as it currently does. Seeing things in that way, and considering that I am most likely much younger than you are and have practically no reason to be defensive of Canada, I do not see any case that American rule will be worse than our current rule, because the worst case scenario means everything stays the same as it is now.

Canada is financially objectively worse than the US, but beyond that the government feels the need to work its way into every nook and cranny of our lives in a way that can only be interpreted as malicious. Self defense and hate speech is consistently treated worse than murder. Our tax dollars are used to fund the lives of immigrants rather than going to the services that they claim they go to while the taxpayers are destitute. They set up federal-backed suicide programs in lieu of actual solutions. They stifle our progression and industrial capabilities out of "compassion" while the rest of the world runs circles around us. They pass laws and alter our "rights" to allow them to assume total control when they see fit, and when people get angry and take action against any of this they trample you with horses, beat with with the guns you aren't allow to own, and turn you into a political prisoner on trumped up charges.

So if you want to convince me that we would be better off as independent Canadians, you'll have to give me some practical reasons why that's the case divorced from any sort of attachment, since in my case, that was crushed before it had a chance to form. If you can do that, I'll drop my argument.

I feel bad for Canada, but you guys basically are an extension of the worst ideas the English had with governance and unironically should have cut Quebec off years ago and let them suffer until they come crawling back like a mouthy French whore in need of rent money.

The US has it’s problems, but you guys effectively let them fester because you could count on the US really not paying attention to Canada.

I do broadly hate Canadian citizens. I had a Canadian-American mayor when I was a kid. They have an unearned ego whenever they talk about Americans.

I'm not sure how much interest there would be, as most of the significant topics would be things affected by Ottawa idiocy or foreign influences over Canada overall. I guess we could compare Stampede week to Klondike Days? Do any American states have two or more seperate state fairs each?
I know there's a lot of smaller county fairs all over Ontario each summer and early autumn. When I was a teenager, I used to go watch horse-racing with my grandma at one of them, and I still like to hit a few of them each year (though I didn't last year, I'll have to make sure I do it a few more than usual this year I guess).

So anyone talking about annexation, it isn't happening, it will never happen. There is at no point, that the US establishment wants to deal with Canadians or Canadian territory, and that is both parties. Things would have to get exponentially worse in Canada for the US to even think of that.

Now militarily, Canada's military is deeply integrated with the US. There are American service members on every Canadian base, just like there are Canadian members on a large portion of American ones. We get all of our intel, from the Americans. With NORAD the American's pay for 60% of the cost and have access to RADAR feeds across the entire continent, including Canada. So understand how much of a non-starter any of that is. They have us by the balls.

With trade, we ship raw materials south, and import finished materials. Look at our response to the US, we raised tariffs on alcohol, and orange juice. That is not a good sign. We cannot process most raw materials, because we cannot sell them in a Canadian market. We ship Gypsum from Nova Scotia, to Maine to make drywall which gets shipped back to Canada. Now this is because the provinces tariff the fuck out of each other, especially with regards to manufacturing. It has been said before, we have no east to west trade, and we aren't about to start now.

We don't expand our resource extraction because at no point, does Ottawa want other population centres popping up like the aforementioned ring of fire in Northern Ontario. Nor does Ottawa want another Alberta situation on it's hands with an expansion of its economy and population that might pull power away from Toronto and Montreal. We use environmental and native shit to obfuscate the reasons, but it is to keep regions poor.

You hate Canadian citizens because all the expats are the profit seeking asshole scumbags

Your average Canadian isn’t really any different from your average Midwesterner

My favorite HebrewNews commentator, the Menzoid, did a good interview with a guy named Ron Craig on gun bans and the history of firearms culture & law:
It's meant to explain the situation to anti and/or non-gunners, so most of the thread will already be aware.

Called it. Trump was just putting his pistol on the table and saying "let's make a deal". I mean, it's obvious. He's done it before.
I think that was the intention, but when he opened that can of worms he found a golden opportunity he's figuring out how to get.

That being said, I strongly suspect that the vast majority of people against Trump annexing Canada would have been happy if Biden annexed Canada, especially if the entire media complex was behind supporting the annex.
