Used to think Americans were scary but for every American take that's batshit there's another American who believes the exact opposite and another one who doesn't care or disagrees with both. The numbers in Canada are not anything like that.

In the case of North Koreans, their years of famines and being one of the most isolated countries in the World also have contributed to their acceptance of said brainwashing. Canada's case makes it worse because they CHOOSE to accept the same shit.

My money is on everything west of Ontario dipping out to join the US, Quebec peeling off the maritime provinces once Alberta bails, and Ontario sticking around as a shitty liberal hellscape in perpetuity because the US decides to keep it around as a rump state (no pun intended) for dissident liberals whose entire identity is not being American.

We'd want only the resource rich Provinces and the Arctic ones. Alberta and Saskatchewan are the primary two for Oil and Uranium. The territories for access to the Arctic and connecting Alaska by land.

If there was a block in India, for example, imagine how nice the internet would become? Most Indians are too broke to afford the $20/month for a decent VPN.

I want this to be a reality so fucking bad, I want that entire part of the world be in complete isolation for eternity until the just disappear from the Earth. While I don't blame Albertans for wanting to leave, it certainly would mean the remainder of Canada will never see the liberals out of power again. Otoh, that will probably be the case anyways so I wish them god speed if only so I can enjoy the seething afterwards.

Depends on if canada starts imploding, Saskatchewan and Manitoba might be next in a few years or so, and even the atlantic provinces and BC might see the benefit of separating from Ontario at that point

Ontario is a big place, and if you don't get them all you get refugees, refugees that could be 10x the population of Alberta and nearby provinces. Voting to leave is safer and more plausible, then you can lock the gates while Ontario loses it's oil money (and manufacturing income if the floodgates are opened for business investments).
