If a vampire drinks from an addict they get their buzz. So if Dracula took a drink from Nick, he'd be feeling that hangover for weeks.

In Interview With The Vampire, Claudia effectively 'spikes Lestat's drink' by tricking him into drinking the blood of two boys who she's killed with an overdose of laudanum, by telling him that they're drunk and unconscious.

yeah ymmv for vampire lore but usually chugging the bottle won't work, but drunk blood might get you crunk

Probably, I’m not a vampire as far as you know so I can only speculate.
All Macellarius are invited into the blood because they demonstrate an unswerving commitment to fulfilling their abnormal hungers. The vampires of this lineage begin to grow larger upon inclusion into the bloodline. Their flesh swells and distends as the dead fat within the body multiplies painfully. The vampire, over the course of three nights, gains an additional 100 to 150 pounds upon her frame. With each passing year, they become even more obese.
