self explanitory. do you need to hate niggers to say nigger? like how you need to be black to say nigga, according to twitter trannies anyway.

If this is unironic I will say that saying "nigger" in itself doesnt make you a racist. Only if you're using it in a hateful context and as a contemtous term for blacks (i.e its dictionary definition) would make you a racist

i wouldnt say you're a racist if you're just on 4chan or this site typing stuff like "lolololololnigger" in random humorous fashion

i disagree, my english teacher reading huck finn got a sick grin when he said it and i could tell something evil and dark immediately took him over

Nigger is a colorful word. If you read literature from the latter half of the last century, you run into the occasional use of "nigger" that's not exactly hateful. There IS a definite edge to the word, not denying that, but you might read it here and there in, say, an Elmore Leonard novel or something and it's mostly a curse word. The narrator isn't necessarily a Klansman.

Never thought I'd have to say this but of course they can't, I mean what kind of person would say something so horrible as a word with that level of disturbing history. That word has such powerful meaning behind it that every time you say it to an African American it reminds them of the horrors their people faced. Really, to say something that horrifying, you'd have to be a really mean asswipe of a nigger.

Not saying nigger often enough prevents niggers from having the opportunity to become desensitised to the word, which makes it more emotionally impactful for them to hear. If you really wanted to help them out, you'd say nigger really often in jest over the most trivial silly things you can in their presence, while reinforcing the cultural idea that words can't hurt them.
People who instead say "the N-word" are implying that they think niggers are too sub-human and emotionally stunted to handle even the most basic possible level of banter.
