Hear me out- say a man with a big penis who could maintain an erection for a long time wore a special condom. This was a stiff condom with a sharp metal point on the end. Could he then approach a big slab of stone and do the "having sex" motions on it which would chip away at it and then keep doing that to create a sculpture?

In other words- fuck a piece of stone into a statue.

Yes and no. In the scenario you describe the penis is doing all of the work and that's not going to work, when hard it can pivot quite a bit and repeatedly exerting a tapping force on the tip is a good way to make it not hard anymore, putting aside that this is a good way to break it like happens to dance hall enthusiasts that engage in "daggering" if it doesn't pivot on a hard impact which is going to make further sculpting impossible.

Now if you have a reasonably stiff chisel condom that actually braced against and could exert force on the pubic area instead you might get somewhere as that will keep the pivoting under control and prevent repeated tapping on the tip if made correctly.
