It honestly depends on the lolcow.
Guys like Chris, ADF, Jake Alley, or MovieBob will never get better and are too firm in their ways, whether due to their own toxic personalities, autism, mental illnesses, or some combination thereof.
Others have moved on from being a lolcow, usually through a mix of not feeding the trolls and keeping their head down alongside personal growth. As a general rule, the younger a lolcow, the more likely they are to redeem themselves.
SammyClassicSonicFan is the perfect example of this as he was literally a child when this all happened.
Most of the "Friends of A-Log" types have moved on and grew up years ago, and IIRC, one of them was "pardoned" by /cow/ of all people, and they were all fairly young when they were associated with A-Log.
If ED is anything to go by, most of them were in their late teens or very early twenties at the most when they got noticed. Old enough to vote, but not old enough to legally buy beer.
Honestly, if you're under 21, you might as well be a minor. And most of the lolcows who put their past behind them and became functional or at least quiet, usually did so at a young age, usually before they turned 25.
Then there are borderline cases of major lolcows who were slightly older growing up and keeping their head down but because they were so active and iconic at one point, they won't be fully forgotten.
Anthony Logatto himself is a good examples of this weird middle category.
A-Log eventually moved on with his life and keeps his head down aside from the occasional mild sperg-out on YouTube and he'd probably be fully "redeemed" like most of his former followers if he weren't so prolific as a lolcow in the past that his namesake became a part of common slang on both the Farms and /cow/
