Is this game gonna suck?

I saw a few people discussing having Bully 2 focus more on Jimmy's life in college and I hate it. In my opinion a sequel should continue parodying middleschool/highschool life, unless they want to do more mature content that would require a college setting. Also they should focus on a new character's story with maybe some references to the first game. Changing the characters helps keep things fresh and interesting.
While I never played the original but have a copy. Maybe the protagonist can be Jimmy’s son or daughter who went to the same school as him?

So bully online might be coming out, problem is they announced it over a month before theyre releasing the files and they're charging money for benefits (and early access) so hopefully this comes out before they get fucked by Rockstar and TakeTwo

Yeah that's such a dumb move. I remember when the people behind the yuzu emulator put their early access builds behind a Patreon sub and everyone thought they were dumb for doing it since it just gave Nintendo more fuel to take them down.

What fucked Yuzu was a tweet saying their new patch was compatible with the new leaked TotK rom. Emulation is legal there's precedent for it but that tweet was encouraging piracy.

Yeah, tweets like that were a bad move. I'm just mentioning that the financial incentive behind that where the developers were profiting from it helped Nintendo's case to show that the developers had a financial reason to send tweets like that out to market a 'free way' to play those games.

I think the rules says it all really, but its unsurprising given Swegta's history and who's involved with it.

Also, why the hell should they care if people play using a pirated game?
I'm guessing so they could avoid liability that the mod encourages piracy. I think it was a Russian GTA IV mod or something that was pulled because somehow it was promoting piracy.

At least its code of conduct is easy to read and understand, not multiple pages of legalese.

What is there to do in Bully Online? Any missions or activities or just freeroaming around Bullworth with other people?

You can race bikes, cars, go karts, skateboards or play the worst first person shooter ever. They said theres 60 minigames so theres probably more but its not what im looking for.
