Fully colored (ha) images can easily run into >70 USD territory, especially if the artist doesn't need the money that bad. Based on the quality(poor) and size(large), I'd estimate $50 USD each.
Edit: I forgot to mention that number of figures factors into most commission prices - images with 5 people in them are more expensive than you think, because with each person comes a face, hands etc.
