At the very least, you can buy empty DVD cases in bulk for like $15 for a box of 40 at comic/toy shows or online, and re-print a scan of the art sleeve to insert so it'd be feasible to do this without including an actual burn of the movie. Or any other old disc that makes you chuckle, like a PC Gamer demo disc.
