It was published by Midway of all companies which is insane, it's the only thing of note they did until they folded in 2010 for sure. I have no idea who owns the IP now but it was made by Surreal which also folded in 2010 and got bought out by Monolith Productions which folded earlier this year. I guess all of the IPs were sold off to who the hell knows. Maybe they're even abandonware at this point.
