A heated row has broken out over a move by Britain's largest bakery chain to launch a vegan sausage roll.

The pastry, which is filled with a meat substitute and encased in 96 pastry layers, is available in 950 Greggs stores across the country.

It was promised after 20,000 people signed a petition calling for the snack to be launched to accommodate plant-based diet eaters.

But the vegan sausage roll's launch has been greeted by a mixed reaction: Some consumers welcomed it, while others voiced their objections.

Cook and food poverty campaigner Jack Monroe declared she was "frantically googling to see what time my nearest opens tomorrow morning because I will be outside".

While TV writer Brydie Lee-Kennedy called herself "very pro the Greggs vegan sausage roll because anything that wrenches veganism back from the 'clean eating' wellness folk is a good thing".

One Twitter user wrote that finding vegan sausage rolls missing from a store in Corby had "ruined my morning".

Another said: "My son is allergic to dairy products which means I can't really go to Greggs when he's with me. Now I can. Thank you vegans."

TV presenter Piers Morgan led the charge of those outraged by the new roll.

"Nobody was waiting for a vegan bloody sausage, you PC-ravaged clowns," he wrote on Twitter.

Mr Morgan later complained at receiving "howling abuse from vegans", adding: "I get it, you're all hangry. I would be too if I only ate plants and gruel."

Another Twitter user said: "I really struggle to believe that 20,000 vegans are that desperate to eat in a Greggs."

"You don't paint a mustach (sic) on the Mona Lisa and you don't mess with the perfect sausage roll," one quipped.

Journalist Nooruddean Choudry suggested Greggs introduce a halal steak bake to "crank the fume levels right up to 11".

The bakery chain told concerned customers that "change is good" and that there would "always be a classic sausage roll".

It comes on the same day McDonald's launched its first vegetarian "Happy Meal", designed for children.

The new dish comes with a "veggie wrap", instead of the usual chicken or beef option.

It should be noted that Piers Morgan and Greggs share the same PR firm, so I'm thinking this is some serious faux outrage and South Park KKK gambiting here.

I clarified I meant my family because I knew some child-molesting bong would be licking his lips at the thought of a bit of pedophilia.
Bit dumb to assume I meant little boys when just two posts up I said I do not talk to little boys.

With the retardation on display, some of you could come and be honorary Americans and join my fellow citizens, God love em.

Understood, you prefer little girls

How can you speak out about the problems if you end up in the klink for 3 years for meanwords.
You can do via sarcasm and being edgy where people question if you are serious or not, it's easier just to claim you aren't British and just arrived via a boat and are a trans-palestinian and didn't understand the law.
It's not about speaking about problems that get you jailed, it's about how you speak about them.

Example:

"God damn paki rapist grooming gangs"
will probably get you jailed for hate speech.

"Gee there does seem to be a statistical correlation between all these child rapes and followers of THAT religion"
will probably get you on a list for non crime hate incident.

Inb4 this just gets used to ban Big Baz from going to the pub/norf fc football games/jet2 holidays to Tenerife.
I mean these powers already exist and being banned from football games is already widely used in football offences and in crimes committed at stadiums, so I'm not sure why this woman is making a big song and dance about applying existing powers. Further, alcohol, geographical restrictions, mandated reporting, and curfews are already very commonplace for people on license, so this is just more political posturing to make it seem as though she is taking a tough on crime approach. When you consider that Kier Starmer is releasing more prisoners serving short sentences — to make room for asylum hotel / "far-right" protestors — this just reads as the Labour party trying to save face for the massive wave of disorder that society will experience from these people being released.

Just another day in a Scottish council estate.
Anyone have any context for this? The girl kept saying not to touch her little sister because she is 12, so was this a reaction to someone being a nonce or was she just doing little wee shit things.

This might relate to those "respect orders" that were brought here a little while ago, but upon further inspection, no.
From the wording in the article it looks like they'll just be able to make community sentences a little less lenient, and allow judges the means to place additional restrictions on probation sentences. When she explains it at length in the article it utterly disarms the threat she makes in the tweet.
Just like criminals are forced to give up what they like when they spend a stint in jail, those on community sentences must be forced to sacrifice too. Take football, as the new season starts. For many fans, their time on the terraces is the highlight of their week.

But crooks who cause chaos on our streets could soon be banned from stadiums – stranded at home while their mates cheer from the stands. Or holidays. Lawbreakers may dream of sun, sea and sangria each Summer.

But they won’t get far – because tough new enforcement means probation officers can send them back to prison if they try. This is about punishing criminals for the harm they have done. It is also about protecting victims.

We’re bringing in new restriction zones that will fence the worst offenders into a single area. This will mean victims can go wherever they want without fear of the person who hurt them watching over their shoulder.
"We'll take away the things you love." vs. "Lawbreakers may dream of sun, sea and sangria each summer."

This is just Labour attempting to exercise some tough rhetoric.

Don't worry for yourself or Baz, they won't be able to remote-activate a restriction... unless you're caught.

I suspect that the shift to actively cracking down on Internet speech, rather than using the Internet as a sort of pressure release valve, is because the Home Office and the intermediary NGOs used to police speech are now fully staffed by ideological true believers, and have an innate desire to stomp out any dissent wherever it may be. It also goes together with something I mentioned earlier, in that the Government/Establishment is so weak and on such unsteady ground that it cannot afford to keep even one avenue of dissent open. The only reason why they haven't started seriously cracking down on in-person meetings and actively policing the spoken word and thoughts is because they simply cannot. The Police are understaffed and incompetent, and the same for the Security Services.
So, it's following the path of all empires, everything it does to try and restore stability only backfires and speeds up the decline.

Regarding ROBLOX and the paedo problems there, somebody I know messaged Alex Davies-Jones MP about the issue, in the hope that she would be of some help and assistance.

Her response:

'I don't know what 'Roblox' is, please don't bother me again.'

ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS YOU FUCKING MISS PIGGY LOOKALIKE DUMB CUNT

Uh, how cold are Scottish summers, that the girl is wearing a puffer North Face parka? Or is North Face some kind of teenage gangbanger symbol across the pond?
We have summers? 'summer' ended about a month ago and it wasn't even that warm in the first place. But no it's probably not that cold because she's wearing shorts. Puffer jackets are peak roadman, stone island is the typical brand though.

'I don't know what 'Roblox' is, please don't bother me again.'
Don't mps have a legal duty to read constituant letters though?

I know the “should women be allowed to vote?” debate can be pretty divisive on the right so when we win can we come to a compromise that only fat women can’t vote and be allowed to run for office?

Hopefully very soon.

She thinks she's a celebrity whenever she's out and about - the looks of Sally Lindsay with the intelligence of a dead hamster.

At least the MP before her (Owen Smith) had the balls to stand against Corbyn and said that he would fight to save NHS services in that area from closure. He got 'removed' because one of Alex's team threatened to reveal to the public that Smith was having it up the arse from Mick Antoniw (Senedd Member) whilst being married.

He was a degenerate retard but was for the people which is more than can be said for Miss Piggy.

My money is on nonce, the guy recording the footage doesn't sound like he has a Scottish accent to my ears atleast.

Time to get on that pixel map game and plot our meeting point. We'll have a uhwhite kiwi enclave. Nothing but spergs and brown people larping as white in our Ethno state.

We might even play cricket if enough of the brown fakes turn out to be Indians.
Imagine the number of times you'd hear nigger. At least we can all cook a decent curry and not the usual slop now.

As for the video of the 2 girls in Dundee.

Allegedly, the two girls had been followed for an extended period, and from what I can guess, the girl said to grab a weapon from the counter before going back outside. The Paki proceeded to follow them and thought recording them was a gatcha.

No, you fucking retard, if you are harassing 2 girls so much that they feel they need a weapon, then you are a raping nonce.

I can tell this one was really destined to be a rocket scientist, but first he just needed his rape quota filled.

As for a change to the asylum system. How? The department is notoriously understaffed, and protocols like this take months. You cannot rubber-stamp them because there is literally no social housing left, and the councils cannot financially take them on. For example, it's so bad in Birmingham for social housing that they're trying to put people in social housing in neighbouring councils, but neither party can do it due to costs and stock. The builders are refusing to build due to no actual return, so they're at an impasse.
