John is such a mush mouthed retard he could probably say he didn't know what he meant by "legal review" if called out on this. Also unless Frank is hanging out a shingle to the general public, I doubt they'd do anything.

He is a registered patent agent, though. There might be some ethics board for patent agents.

Taking a fee in particular makes this a violation of the criminal law, but only based on the second-hand representations of John, a notorious liar who also has no clue what the fuck he is talking about and probably doesn't even know what "legal review" means.

The difference between patent attorneys and patent agents lies in their capacity to practice law. A patent attorney has attended law school and taken and passed an examination for registration to practice law in that state. A patent agent is not a lawyer and cannot provide any legal advice, including advice on patent licensing or patent infringement. Only lawyers can draft contracts or non-disclosure agreements or represent you in any legal proceedings involving state or Federal court.

with everything else going on, I doubt anybody would go after him, especially b/c if you call yourself "queer" prosecution isn't really a possibility right now (Felarca and crew got off with misdemeanors...they were kicking somebody while grounded. Clanton got off with probation and that was clearly ADW)

Honestly, Hitler should've just used selfies of "guys" like this on his "Der Untermensch" Nazi propaganda posters and he'd probably have received a lot more sympathy in retrospect.

Sadly, Hitler was obsessed with eliminating entire racial groups (including individuals like Einstein just for being Jewish), when he could've just done some "equal opportunity" genocide and eliminated actual "untermensch" without racial boundaries.

I think it's more likely Frank put in the minimum amount of effort on purpose, but there's really no redeeming his lifestyle in any way shape or form.
