can't really be shocked that it isn't a landslide. John's the embodiment of the criticism that "Progressives/liberals live in a bubble of luxury and don't understand the situation of the labor classes"

He crows he was "homeless" (which he's using to describe late teens/early 20s partier couch surfing) - but playing videogames and tweeting all day is now worse
He called an afternoon of recreational landscaping the 'hardest work' he's ever done.


and all this in the world economic superpower --- go live just about anywhere else for a week and John would be a dried up husk (hmm, I mean a MORE dried up husk)

The arrogance and tone-deafness is astounding even for John - I'm sure people would tell him he lives in a bubble, but he'd just retreat further into his bubble

Dunno if it's been said, but congrats to Sarah McBride for becoming the first transgender woman to be elected into the senate! Brianna Wu must be totally supportive of her, and not seething inside!

Tough call, both are pretty awful, but as a fairly ugly dude myself, I feel like with decent grooming (hair, beard/stache, etc.) an ugly dude can get by with the "rugged" look.

As a "woman" John is not only horrendously ugly, but his massive stature is extremely off putting. I'm not saying that women can't be big or tall, but it helps when they're actually women.

John's surgeries were so obviously cut-rate that he looks worse than many troons who are just literal men in dresses with bad makeup.
