six figures is a pretty wide range and if John's already committed those funds, why bring up the amt? (rhetorical, it's to sound important...like how regular people say "I drove down to the store", but John says "I manually shifted my Porsche to the apple showroom")

Another rhetorical question: why would people have to go to Wu's twitter and sift through videogame garbage to find Rebellion PAC announcements and news?

This is RebPacs twitter right now:

Retweeting Wu linking a video.

Retweeting Wu shilling rebpac.

Retweeting Wu being self-congratulatory.

edit: strangely enough the retweets comes from the twitter web app and not an iphone.

It's just a PAC and he puts "super" on there for no reason, right?
superPac is a real thing...it's not better it's just less direct - the real name is independent blah blah political action committee
the pro is they don't have the same incoming donation restrictions

the con is they have to be completely independent of candidates no coordination, no contribution to a candidate -- so independent commercials and stuff - so the donos can't get redonated - they cover expenses like ad costs or lining th pockets of scam artists who figured out "director" is the 2K20s version of the 90s "consultant"

I know it's a real thing, but Wu has talked about maximum allowable donations which implies a regular non-super PAC.

Outgoing donations to candidates.
wait, TO a candidate? um...

The compliance keys for independent expenditure-only political committees [ed : aka SuperPAC], as noted by the Club in its request and by the FEC in its advisory opinions, are as follows:

  • The entity registers as a political committee with the FEC;
  • The committee discloses all contributors of more than $200 in a calendar year;
  • The committee does not make any contributions to any candidates;
  • The committee does not engage in any communications coordinated with candidates, campaign committees, political party committees or their agents; and
  • All political communications made by the committee are independent.

Pathetic and absurd. The Failing New York Times should instead run more hard-hitting interviews with decorated political analyst and Congressional canidate John Flynt to boost their ailing credibility.

John has a point for a change, although it's one people have been making on Twitter all day. That Times article really is inconceivably stupid. Stopped clocks, etc.

Rebellion PAC is not a Super PAC it is a PAC with non-contribution account, also called a Hybrid PAC. A Frankenstein's monster of a PAC headed by Wu, quite fitting really!!

Info on Rebellion PAC

Types of PACS

This. It's been pointed out before that Executive Director John is so stupid that he doesn't even know what kind of PAC he's pretending to be in charge of. (And the Water Buffalo has made it clear that John's actual job title is "strategic consultant," which is almost as ridiculous.)

Is it fraudulent to lie about what kind of PAC you're donating to? There are tax implications.

It's probably just John's stupidity again, but is there some potential advantage in claiming to be a SuperPAC while not being one? Since he is acting on behalf of it as an officer, it is liable for any fraud John commits as well.

What do those dumb sluts at Girl Scouts know about supporting women? They should all have their vagina collectively ripped out simultaneously for not actually a TRULY successful woman like John Flynt.
