I'm officially calling it. Wu killed the third dog, couldn't come up with a way to blame it on Lynch, GamerGate and/or Trump, and instead is just going to pretend like he always had two. Gaslighting - that favourite SJW accusation and pastime.

I assume it's that you'd have to prove without a shadow of a doubt he wanted to murder him, and there's that .01% chance that he's an idiot who didn't realize putting your knee on someone's neck for 7 minutes kills them.
