It would appear that he hasn't even tried to begin meeting the ballot access requirements. 2000 signatures is the total needed, not what he has left to go!

A new engine for the Porsche he most recently kerploded.

Most campaigns hire someone else to do it or they have a big group of volunteers go out. You definitely need more than the 2000 because some will get thrown out for not being in the district, illegible, etc.

Last time they hired @W person cow to do it. I give him credit for being so excited about it but it was definitely slow going with him as the only person involved.
