I still think his abnormal appearance and his spastic twitchings and his impaired cognition and his sociopathy are all related to a few cross-wired genes.

Look, let me ask you a question, and answer honestly:
Do you think that if there is a race of fish-creatures that can interbreed with humans for unknowable purposes to create deformed and often deranged fishcreature/human hybrids, that said fish-creatures would be more likely to live in the cold and turbulent waters of the north Atlantic, or in the warm gulf with ready access to bayous?

Before you answer, remember John's family is from Mississippi.
Since I'm not sure if he's ever mentioned that.

Well, we do know Y'ha-nthlei is off the coast of Massachusetts, which might also explain MovieBob.

That would depend on the gestation period of the loathsome hybrids. John was born -- and probably conceived -- in Virginia. So perhaps the fish creatures prefer the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and commingle with humankind in Hampton Roads.

Xenoestrogens in the water can draw North American troon-fish anywhere. An unexpected encounter between 2 alpha troons once caused a clash in a Seoul fish market.

Oh, so this is what Trump means with "drain the swamp"?

Take a shot whenever John implies he's a woman, be dead by early afternoon.

Wu finally filed her FEC report... Or actually her accountant did, because by some miracle she actually hired a professional to do it. Alas, this probably means less of the love letters from the FEC, because at least the accountant can add. The underlying figures will still be fucked though.

If you're wondering did Wu spent beyond her means again, then the answer as always is "Is the pope catholic?" She raised ~58K and spent ~64K.

The usual parties picked up their cash for laughing at Wu behind her back. Elizabeth Spiers. Brandon Kahr and Paul Casali all got big bucks. The rest mostly went on travel to that Write/Speak/Code thing, which I can't believe wasn't expenses paid. I think it's another case where we'll see Wu is paying from the campaign and being reimbursed personally. She's done that before.

Facebook and twitter both got cash as usual, so nice job financing the monopolies that are destroying our privacy.

She's charging her membership to The Wing to the campaign, because of course she is. Also, the catering expenses for her fucking housewarming party went on her scampaign bill. She even "repaid" 1000 bucks of the loans outstanding, I'm going to guess that went to a new iPhone. That's SUPER dodgy because the campaign is really cash negative due to earlier accounting mistakes. Various "travel" and "subscription" charges were laundered through Frank's credit card, so god knows what those actually paid for.

Just another quarter on the scampaign trail. I hope all the donors are proud of themselves financing Wu's lifestyle.

Frank got $388 for "Website Services", $829 for "Subscription" and $1189 for "Travel"

$318 to herself for "Food/Beverages"

Somebody stayed at a 1.5 star Red Roof Inn in Ohio for like two weeks? how does a Red Roof Inn run you a thousand dollars?

You raid that minibar for Pepsi and stale Combos every fuckin' night, that's how.

At this stage in a real campaign, an honest candidate would be amassing a war chest. Instead, John is blowing the money as fast as it comes in. At least his staff is getting paid.

RIP your 401k Frank, the gravy train will stop eventually and you’ll be funding this shit show 100%.

Well, that'd be different if it was a competitive primary, look at the Presidential one for example where you spend as fast as you make it more or less. Instead Wu is blowing money... on nothing related to the campaign.

It's not like they're using the money for anything that'll pick up votes in the Massachusett's 8th District Democratic Primary.

I think my favorite set of expenditures on there is the "office supplies" at Amazon - three transactions of $26, $8, and $45. Like, this extremely legitimate and professional campaign just said "Hey wait, we also need one stapler"

Most bizarre entry: the campaign apparently gave $318.11 of "in-kind contributions" of food and beverages to Brianna Wu on 7/26/19. Are we really to believe that Wu For God-Emperor Inc. had $300 of food lying around that it gave to John all on one day? Or is this a misfiled donation where someone gave them free catering?

Also, a note on the general chicanery surrounding their "loans": according to the most recent filings for each quarter, here's the supposed history of it.

Q2 2018: First loan of $50K, due 12/31/2018
Q3 2018: $50K loan reported as outstanding
Q4 2018: Another $50K loan shows up in the summary, but there's no Schedule C for it. Maybe this was actually a misfiling for paying off the loan, because the due date was the end of Q4 and there's no loans reported in the next cycle.
Q1 2019: No active loans reported.
Q2 2019: Two $25K loans reappear, issued on 1/7 and 1/9 of 2019.
Q3 2019: The two $25K loans persist.

Seems like Frank's juggling his money in and out of the campaign, but why?

New Albany, Ohio, is home to the corporate HQ of Red Roof Inn.

The bill is probably for one of Frank and John's vacations that are routinely billed to the campaign because on the last day of the trip John holds a 10-minute campaign event attended by three penniless, squealing trannies and a befuddled hobo.
