I've probably posted about it before but when I think of Wu I think of a much, much more incompetent version of someone that was involved in a huge IT security scandal two years ago.
She was the head of our DMV equivalent. To appear pro-active and save money she decided to outsource all their data handling to the lowest bidder that could "put it in the cloud". Good and modern, what can go wrong?

And that's how the russians(potentially) got their hands on the real identities of undercover police, secret agents working in foreign nations or within the country, people with protected identities, make and number of special vehicles doing secret shit and many other things. The databases that were sent to Serbia were unencrypted as well, whoops.
Many MEN! from the Security Police, signal surveillance office(spying) and the heads of the Swedish Armed Forces warned her repeatedly not do it, but she did it anyway. Girl power.

I can't imagine what Wu would be able to do if he got the chance to run something in the government.

Boohoo the scam artist is upset she can’t go on a donor paid vacation and has to do work (lol). I’m guessing Frank told her they can’t go seeing as how the FEC is putting their campaign under a microscope now.

Jeez, is Wu really getting a martyr complex now? How is what she's doing going to help anything? It's a safe Democratic seat. If she were running against an entrenched Republican who nobody had bothered taking on for decades she might have a point.

If they are trying to avoid dubious out of state campaign expenditures, they are not doing a very good job of it. Seems like every few weeks he is flying out to California to pretend to be in one conference or another. I thought Frank even booked a hotel conference room for scampaign fundraising in SF recently.
