In addition to the subtotal issues, Frank's still going back and correcting individual donations. I think most of these were recurring donations that he didn't add up correctly or didn't switch over to doxing once they crossed the $250 threshold or whatever the precise figure is.

Anyway, for those playing along at home, this is what Frank is currently representing to the FEC, based on the latest version of the past few campaign filings:

What's going on here? October is still using the old carried-forward balance from the incorrect July Q2 and Pre-Primary reports, which have since been revised. If you apply the October drop ($1540.43) to the ending pre-primary report balance, you do get the year-end starting balance. So Frank's still got one report with the balances offset by some $35K.

The expenditure totals are still a mess, but I'll leave the details of that one to the FEC.

Why would you think that? They generally almost add up, which is a far cry better than John could ever manage.

I think it's literally the only style dress Bribri could actually find for a six foot plus ghoulish figure. Anything else would highlight curves on an actual woman. And IIRC Bribri is always trying to hide something of a gut if that hotel pic involving the belt was any indication.

The first mistake is assuming Bribri is even capable of a 'friendly' conversation. Either it's going Bribri's way or else it will immediately devolve into an accusation throwing screaming match. Just look at that one interview back during GG when a guy was asking legitamate neutral ground questions and Bribri flew off the hook because they weren't softball, anti-GG supporting questions they could easily answer.

That's the rub - Bribri has been a self-absorbed narcissistic pathological liar and everything they ever do, ever has to be self serving or else it isn't worth doing at all. This dates all the way back to the college years and probably before that, too, since we know Flynt touted himself as a big man on campus and that they needed the hottest shit now a year after the math department upgraded to the previous advanced tech, and then the resume which flat out lies its ass off about how successful SOCCON to the point of claiming it was featured in a high end comedy magazine.

In order to have a successsful conversation, all parties involved have to be open to hearing ideas

My thoughts exactly and he wants to feel like a bigshot at GDC specifically. He doesn't have a panel or anything like that but he wants people to come see him. Did he even buy a ticket to the actual GDC or is he alt-confing the whole thing?


Tickets to GDC aren't cheap, so I've taken two screenshots from the plebian Expo Pass to the all access one.

The greyed out parts is what the Expo Pass doesn't have access to, it's still $349.

Compare to the $2499 All Access pass, if price is prestige this the most prestigious. The only thing that differentiates it from the $2199 pass is VRDC, VR Developers Conference that seems to include a mixer afterwards but I don't really know, it seems like something Wu would want to attend though.

Did he buy a pass or not and would he try to pass it off as a scampaign expense? If he used scampaign funds then the most expensive one seems likely.

I gotta hand it to John, this ongoing campaign thing seems like it’s a great long term grift.
 
The only people who pay out of pocket for GDC are fucking morons and chasers/wannabe indie idiots. If you’re truly in game dev then your company pays and they have a reason to send you then your company pays.

The lack of a lanyard makes me think he's slumming it at altconf again. Knowing Brianna, if he was actually at GDC, we would see all sorts of pics from it and endless smugposting from him talking about how great and important he is to be there.

She did actually post a picture of her credentials yesterday, but apparently has deleted it. I am bad at archiving and I should feel bad.
She's there with press credentials apparently as a representative of Relay, the network who host her podcast. That's a pretty damning indictment of GDC's lax controls of who counts as press. Just like her little trip to Hilldawg's election night shindig, we can expect no reporting.
