It's a fucking superhero movie, John, not the SCUM Manifesto. Did you not even look at the posters and see how it was marketed, as you were waiting to go in, while Frank was at the counter getting you a gallon of Mountain Dew and five buckets of popcorn drenched in extra yellow jizz?

Besides which, the films that 'carry the hopes and dreams of the entire feminist movement' -- at least, as they would apply to your life arc -- have already been made: Tootsie. Mrs. Doubtfire. Silence of the Lambs.
 
To be fair to be Wu, something I never thought I'd ever say, Brie Larson had a really fucking high opinion of her impact on feminism with the movie.

John was also correct in how Captain Marvel herself had zero personality and literally just stood around waiting for more interesting characters to tell her what to do next.

Can't be bothered finding the tweet as it's irrelevant, but neontaster on Twitter suggested that she was pushing so hard on the feminism angle because the film itself wasn't going to be overtly feminist the way all the SJWs were REEEEEEing about. Haven't seen it yet, but that seems to be true from what I've heard.

And doesn't Wu pride herself on being knowledgeable on all nerd topics? Surely she could reference any previous incarnation of Captain Marvel or Ms. Marvel to make herself look better. Hell, reference Monica Rambeau and complain about Ms. Marvel being white for bonus woke points - not that a single SJW outlet seems to have gone with that angle, purely because they don't know there's a black female Captain Marvel to get outraged about not being used...

It's probably that Stephanie Ebbert broad wot dunnit. She seems to be endlessly supportive of Wu's scamming. I can only presume she was accomplice to the murder that Frank did, and that BriBri knows where the resulting bodies are buried.

And Wu still doesn't have a "press" section of her fucking website with a mugshot journos can use. They should all use that one in ripped jeans from her gamergate day.
