To steal wages you have to have someone do the work, and then keep their pay, as you did to the employees of Giant Spacekat. I know this is hard for you to understand, having never held a job yourself and always having free and easy access to Frank's wallet (and before that, mommy and daddy's).

*Federal service is just that -- service to the taxpayers. It's not a "right" or a promise to the Federal employee. I don't know if they still do, but that exact point used to be specifically explained to new employees during the hiring process. They were also told that the Federal government has a history of shutdowns, during which they will not be paid. Over time, however, their regular paycheck has become seen as a birthright, in the same way activist welfare recipients refer to the welfare teat as a "right" that is due them. This may have something to do with the disproportionate number of quota hires.
