I think Wu should revert to John Walker. Listen me out: while Walker was a failure, he didn't do much more than being an awkward person who didn't study. I think this persona would never have a KF thread as anyone here knows a similar dude. He might draw crappy cartoons and be racists to his superiors, but it's still a dime of dozens.

Now Wu, that's a binders full of failure. A 1917 pages worth of failure.

A middle aged castrato man can still become an accountant, Wu only survives through the will of Asian daddy.

Yeesh. Vox published an all-softball interview with Wu by one of her most consistent ass patters, Anna North. I think this one merits going though line by line since it's such a horror show.

We all know the story of Gamergate and the hell that went on from that. It really threw a wrench in my career. After Gamergate, I tried to move back to gaming. We could get games media to cover threats on my life, but when it came to covering my professional life, that just that wasn’t as interesting a story. So I was really at a crossroads, thinking about what I was going to do, and in the middle of all this, Hillary Clinton lost. I was there at [the Clinton rally at] the Javits Center on election night, and I decided to run for Congress.

One of my strongest memories of being a child growing up in Mississippi was summer camp. I want to preface this by saying this is a child’s memory of the past; this is honestly how I remember it. One of the camp counselors got five boys at our camp and molested them, and I remember the hush-hush effort to just sweep it under the rug, and I remember looking around and going, why won’t the adults do anything?

I went to a trauma specialist. At the time I went to her, I was so traumatized with PTSD from Gamergate that I couldn’t function. There were times when I was so upset after therapy that I had to get my husband to drive me home, because I wasn’t in a state where I could drive. We got to a point where she was like, talk therapy is not going get us that much further, and I need to recommend you to someone that can do medicinal intervention.

I have been homeless, and I have been able to found a game studio and have a good living. Having been on both sides of that coin, I really fundamentally see how very little of America is working for the rest of us. When I look at health care, it’s got to be addressed. When I look at child care, it costs more in Massachusetts to send your child to day care than it does to send a child to college.

Only the black Dodge Challenger has a "Brianna Wu for US Congress" logo on it, so that might as well be the official Wu campaign vehicle. No idea why John never put a logo like that on the Porsche.

Is it too late for Chris Voehl to run as a Republican? Maybe he could fit in the mold of a Charlie Baker sort of Massachusetts Republican.

But if Wu was elected, MA-8 in 2020 will suddenly become a major race, and both Republicans and sane Democrats will spend a fuckton on it, meaning Wu might end up debating a few of them.

John’s trotting out every lie and not make any attempt to remain consistent. He’s rattled.

It helps prop up wu's story; CEO, engineer, etc. Imagine you meet a crazy hobo looking dude on the train. He tells you he's president in exile of some country you've never heard of and you pump him for more. Of course it's complete horseshit, but it's entertaining.
Then you get off at the same park and ride and he gets into a porche. Now he's just eccentric and maybe there's some truth to his story.
Maybe you're on his insta and now you see pics of him traveling and giving "keynotes" at some colleges.

Since we're kiwis we'd google this crazy porche hobo until we had dox for his entire family. But normal people will buy into the scam and Wu will use them for whatever she can until she pisses them off. They'll be scared enough of her by that time that they keep their mouths shut while she hatches a new scam and collects new marks.

Personally if I was at an airport bar and ran into the person Wu claims to be I'd think they were cool (but still autistic or ADHD or something)

Let's review the battle plan for team Flu today; supposedly, there is a large pissed off contingent of people estranged from the political process as usual out there chomping at the bit to enact change on a nationwide front. These people will today flock to the polls, driving turnout to record high numbers and will decide to put man of the people Stephen Lynch down for the count while electing a newcomer to the House due to that general feeling of disdain with the current political climate in DC. Whether that's the fighter pilot or whether that's John Walker Flynt is still up in the air, but this is John's proposed path to victory taken from his own twitter posts.

Warren Lynch has kept track of the number of progressive democratic socialists ('Bernie-crats,' if you will, in his parlance) who have won their primaries, it is above 50% by his tally to this point if you take his data as complete and accurate. There is a reasonable case to be made that Flu's plan might have enough juice at the ballot box to work, so if John fails to make it materialize, he will only have himself to blame for not seizing a hanging curve-ball opportunity to hit this one out of the park. All of these facts taken together seem to present a scenario where no matter what, newly outed John Flynt has arranged it so that whoever wins the election, sub-forum readers are the real winners tonight.
