The company is "Spinner" and they offer generic packages & targeted campaigns as well (TFA example is a person who wanted their sibling to sell inherited property). Generic packages include "stop smoking", "convince mom & dad to buy a dog" and "convincing your shitty coworker to find a new job", as well as "make my wife initiate sex for once her goddamn life*".
As creepy as this sounds, they are not doing anything any online advertiser isn't already currently doing**, except they are getting someone else to 'paint a target' & not trying to reverse engineer demographic data (true), and they claim they will only allow their service to be used for good (fucking lol)

It's absolutely pathetic how Wu has handled this campaign. Even the simplest of stuff like maintaining a relevant social media presence hasn't been done. Wu's campaign has no worthwhile facebook page, and she never tweets anything about her campaign even when she's actually doing something. I've come to believe that it's deliberate to hide her activities from us, it's the only explanation that makes sense. Even Frank's twitter looks more like a congressional candidate's feed.

Because John can't handle simple criticism. He constantly believes he can't grow as a person as whatever role he fulfils he is an expert in.
