I don't know what part of this is the most clueless: the complete lack of knowledge of any of the issues brought up by the previous few posters, the sneering dismissal that companies might actually be able to find qualified Americans to fill these positions, or the clumsy attempt to somehow make this a "woman's issue" (the women not being from America, of course). Only "progressive socialist" John W. Flynt could be so forward-thinking as to advocate a position that would be useful only the absolutely wealthiest and most powerful people in the country. I know it's only a small part of the stupid, but also I like how she's specifically worried about "AI and Deep Learning" in District 8.

Ignorance about how H1B visas are actually used, and that they're depressing the US job market, show that she's not only completely clueless about the tech industry, but that she hasn't read any economic news in the past decade or more. Just who I want representing me in Congress.

Everyone is universally against h1b when you explain to them what’s happening at places like tata and infosys. It’s not about racism, these companies are fucking over American born kids straight out of college in favor of Indian indentured servitude. They’re underpaid, unskilled labor screwing over MA-8 and other areas like Silicon Valley and silicon Forrest.


Edit: I fucking promise you those companies and Amazon/Microsoft/Apple/Google are not hiring the best worldwide. It’s about cheap indentured servitude that they can abuse with large workloads and long hours they know Americans don’t want to work them. Indians come here for he opportunity to escape their streets filled with literal shit. They’re desperate so they come here and accept being abused. They’re taking jobs away from Americans and fucking over this country.

Square Enix (counting all games, not just those with a US port) has published about 400 games. Square (half of the merger) produced about 150. Enix produed about 100. That's 650 games. Fudging the numbers and assuming Bribri owned all of the region locked JP games that never saw a localization, that would mean that Bribri has never finished a single square, enix, or square enix game. Sounds about right.

Which is a shame... I wonder if she even knows about Flea?

Barring some situation where Wu is forced to play the "I'M TRANS!" card (like getting targeted by the Twitter Troon Squad), he'll never admit that he's anything but a True and Honest Woman. This is because admitting his trans status is admitting that John W. Flynt existed, and Johnny's been fighting tooth and nail for 10 years to make sure that his past as Mr. Flynt is dead and buried.
