I was going to wait until I reached the end to post this () but the parents of a friend of mine who live in the district are (as of now, unless are convinced otherwise) planning on doing a fundraising event for Wu. According to my friend, "it seems one part is they want her opponent [Lynch] to make more of an effort to support liberal policies. They don't necessarily expect her to beat him but they don't want him to get elected without promising anything meaningful."
