It is a standard post-WW2 New England development. Tiny houses, little land, most with no basements.

That house doesn't look like it has a garage/basement like the Wu's abandon their dogs in.
How have you deduced the freaks live there?
All the houses on that side of the road have basements. The only one that matches the pic with the dogs is across the road,

Probably explains the abusive dog pen in the basement.

The time for the listing removed pretty much matches, two weeks before they moved in.
If the house owner allows pets, it's not that much of a stretch to have them agree to allowing three little rat dogs.
The homeowner wouldn't have insisted the dogs are kept in the basement, that abuse is down to the Flu's.

Looking at the house in the side view mirror and comparing it to the Google street view of the house opposite and they seem to match.
And looking back through Brianna's tweets the Maytag cooker and some strange rectangle in the counter top next to it matches the trulia house pics perfectly.

It's a shithole compared to what someone earning Frank's salary would normally live.
It's a palace compared to where John Walker Flynt would be living if he hadn't snagged Frank.
Parking their $40k Porsche outside that house is bad enough. Parking a $100k Porsche in that driveway is practically a pleading invitation for people to break in and rob their stuff.
