Guy's got to take precautions with his mental heath, lest he end up dead before he can try and move up to be senator like his buddy Manning. Plus I'm sure this thread gives Frank plenty of reps at his signature facial reaction as he orates it for the Flu's evening strategy meeting. They do have a daily strategy meeting for this thing after a year of early entry into it, how else can you explain the runaway success it's been to date otherwise?
