Seems like the only place you can see Wu's Young Jurks appearance is on Facebook video, AKA the worst fucking video host in the world.

I downloaded it and I'm uploading it again to sendvid so people can actually watch it without the Facebook we-own-the-world bullshit.
Wu doesn't come off too badly when she doesn't have to know anything and is just allowed to go on and on spewing the "woke" rhetoric. I did enjoy the angry black lady screaming at Wu "WE DON'T HAVE A DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MS. WU!"

The sane democrats realize that impeaching Trump for a bunch of unconfirmed rumors and feels sets a very, very bad precedent. See: Trumps ability to appoint federal judges because the democrats changed the rules while they had control of the house in the first part of Obama's term. When the Republicans had control, imagine if they'd voted to impeach Obama over lack of proof of citizenship? That's (right now) where we're at.

Even the crazy ones realize its better to A) wait until the opposing party doesn't control both houses of congress, and B) wait until you've got more solid evidence than fanfiction Russian pee-dolls and the anonymous staffer reports of the gorilla channel. You're going to look like a bunch of worthless butt-mad faggots if you keep trying to impeach and failing. (Which then lets your Republican (and Democrat primary) challengers hit you hard with "want congress to do more for you than just repeatedly fail to impeach the president? Vote for me".

Minus any stunning revelations by sources who aren't made up NYT reports are willing to come out publically with them, or Mueller making charges (that aren't against Jill Stein), in 2018 You're likely to lose votes and increase opposition voting by screaming for immediate impeachment; neutrals who aren't exactly impressed by Trump might not vote for you because they don't feel he's done anything worth being impeached, and your opposition can be stirred up to get out to make sure you don't get the chance.
And that says nothing abut the BLTBBQ crowd who don't want replace the most gay-friendly republican president since Lincoln with Pence.

Because I so dearly love taking apart the logic of stupid people, I'm gonna take this dumb tweet and use historical fact to make Flynt out to be an imbecile.

First off, we already had one buttmad moron try to impeach Trump for hurting feelings and the one item on the impeachment list he had that was remotely valid was an executive order he disagreed with, which is totally legal for Trump to use, and if illegal, can be voided by the Supreme Court, which does not require the remedy of impeachment.

With that said, so far, there is no viable evidence of the sort that could be used to indict Nixon that can be thus far leveled at Trump, so until any can be decisively proven to the satisfaction of a court of law, John is an idiot.

After all, it took real lawyers and real judges to confirm the case against Nixon was solid before the impeachment articles could be drafted.

And with that out of the way, let's cover the emoulments.


According to the Constitution, as President, Trump is entitled to a compensation which shall not be increased nor decreased during his continuance in office to be paid out of the treasury of the United States, as determined by law.

This does not mean any money he is lawfully entitled to as a private citizen for business deals or incomes from any private practice was or is illegal. For example, Abraham Lincoln was holder of a registered patent for a device to lift boats over shoals and royalties for said patent would be lawfully owed him if applicable, and Warren G. Harding still retained full ownership of his hometown newspaper and would have been entitled to all profits from the same.

By the same measure, any of Trump's business related income is still lawfully owed him, and so long as his taxes are duly paid on that income, those emoulments remain legal.

The only ones Trump cannot accept are any foreign emoulments given to him in his capacity as President, which would count as bribery, an impeachable offense, unless he is allowed to retain such emoulments with the consent of Congress, a situation which is not even a problem yet to my knowledge.

Any money made on foreign business deals as a private citizen is still legal, but it cannot be done in any means to reflect on his presidential office, and from what I'm given to understand, Trump has surrendered control of any potential deals of that nature to others in his business empire, thus removing that from consideration as an issue as he is not a factor in any way as President in said business arrangements.

As for treason, there is no proof that can be brought against Trump that would satisfy a court, and until there is, he is innocent until proven guilty, as he has neither admitted to it in open court and there are not two or more witnesses whose testimony can be validated to support such claims.

In short, Brianna Wu is an imbecile ignorant of US law and thus far, there is nothing that would change President Donald J. Trump's status as a innocent man.
