Only in the loosest of terms. He basically thinks all long guns except 10/22 should be banned, and the government should crawl up your ass with a microscope if you want to buy a Glock (aka any handgun).

Nixon wasn't impeached. He resigned. Articles of Impeachment had been drafted, but the vote had not occurred. Clinton was impeached, but like Johnson, won the trial.

As a joke I made my profile picture on a few gaming platforms Brianna Wu's horrendous "goth" pic and I occasionally got people asking what's wrong with the person in my avatar, and rarely I'd get people ask what that "thing" in my avatar was. It's still one of my favorite(?) pictures of Brianna, up there with her horrible horse teeth candid photos.

Brianna has a special sort of face. She never looks the same across each and every photo of her, but all of them look either awful, terrifying, or both. It's almost surreal.

Huh. Weird, I don't remember Brianna Wu's voice just...not sounding feminine at all. I always thought she sounded like a vaguely effeminate Kermit the Frog on hormone blockers but now she just sounds like forty year old smoker with low body weight. Yes, I know that's literally what she is, but I remember her at least trying to sound feminine. I guess with her recent vocal cord surgery, Brianna just saw it as an excuse to stop trying. I think Frank's own voice is higher pitched.

Anyway, great video. Just a little nitpick but the audio mixing on the "ding" for each death is quite a bit louder than the rest of the audio, but otherwise you did a good job on this.

Very good, Brianna. You discovered the difference between being empathetic and being a doormat for people to trample on. But funnily enough, it's hard to empathize with your own inability to empathize with people who are cruel to you when your own definitely of "cruelty" starts at somebody just disagreeing with you.

The difference could be that when playing Wolfenstein he has to quickly react and instinctively comment on unexpected events. Everywhere else that we've seen Wu things have been scripted, even the speeches at colleges are the same canned shit he's been peddling for years, TV interviews he can be prepared for, the topics are known beforehand and he has his vague answers well in advance, other TV shit can have multiple takes and a bunch of editing in them...

So it would be hilarious to see him try to debate Lynch in a public setting, Wu would constantly get flustered and slip into man-voice before retreating back into his fake-woman voice. If his brain really starts crashing he could go full Bobcat Goldthwait trying to keep it together.


Oh, and the part in that gameplay clip where he gets killed and says something like "That's why they call them the master race" is a good soundbite to go with Randi's nazi post.

The only positive thing about fake congressional candidate Wu is that it forced him to get rid of that fucking stupid purple streak in his hair.

I think she is, she's just unable to reconcile what she actually believes from which side of the wedge issue she wants to be on.
Bri likes power fantasies. She likes the idea of violence as a solution and standing her ground against Nazis or gamers or whatever it is this month. She likes her imagined self-image as a tough, worldly Southern gal with practical skills.
She likes guns, she just hates that liking guns might make her pro-gun, because that's the "wrong" opinion. People who think that they should be able to have guns are the enemy, and I think she has trouble reconciling the two positions.

Thus, we have this weird waffling where one second she's bragging about being able to field-strip a glock, and the next she's claiming that VR should replace all civilian firearms.

She's unable to separate what she wants to be from what she actually is, and it's kind of an omnipresent issue in her life.
I think somewhere in her head, there's this awesome alternate reality Brianna who's a genius badass biker mama, but that Brianna doesn't exist, and trying to be her just leads to the insane, schizophrenic performance piece we've been watching these many years.
