It's actually dumber than that. Brianna seems to know he looks like shit but he's also such a massive narcissist that he can't bring himself to do the obvious like buy a wig. I think he'd sooner get another wacky cosmetic surgery than get a wig because wigs are what the lesser trannies do.

Wait, Congresswomen and other prominent female politicians get free haircuts, beauty products, and clothing? Sounds like an argument against women politicians more than anything if they're taking way more out of taxpayer money on their personal appearance than male politicians are.

Maybe Wu should also not go to the most expensive salon available and she wouldn't have to spend 300 dollars a month. She probably already goes somewhere cheap anyway, although it might be a case that you can't make a ghoulish tranny like her like any more presentable no matter how much you spend.
