From the podcast:
"I was in neutral when I was hit"
Was he driving or stopped? Was he coasting in neutral? I thought this was during a lane merge. Nothing adds up, John.
"I am actually gonna SUE this CHILD that hit my car so recklessly. And uh, for diminished value. Because the value of my car is going to go down at least three thousand to six thousand dollars."
Even in his fantasy world he's a cunt.
Well there was a reason for insurers to tell you to go fuck yourself if I ever did see one.
Insurers like to know you're in control of the car when you're crashed into/crashed so they understand what the claim is and the situation around it.
If you're in neutral while on a highway, you're not in control. No if's ands or buts and insurers are less likely to pay out and might even consider you a greater risk for your reckless driving as a result.
