About none. I'd even go so far as to bet he has nothing but the minimum liability coverage. If he had collision he wouldn't be whining about the price because it would be someone else's money.
I also wonder whether Frank just doesn't have the money or if he's finally starting to get sick of John taking giant piles of his money and just burning it.

Maybe you would have a house if you were not really a single income couple where the non working part of the couple keeps spending over $20g's a year on toys.
However, seeing how Frank previously treated his ex-wife, I'm sure he is renting for a reason.
If things go south with this marriage, John can't get his hands on a house... usually a substantial asset, in the divorce.

Lol young couples in the UK typically afford a house because they become hermits and don't ever go on nights out. They're not out buying Porsches and audis, rinsing money on frivolous shit.
This shows exactly the life John grew up in. You complain about not owning a house, yet expect everything else in your life has to be "the best of the best".
It's no wonder why John's parents fucking abandoned him. He's learned nothing about the value of money and voters are going to see that.

1/2 mil mortgage on secured property would be cake for someone in Frank’s position, if John actually ever had any income, they had any actual assets, a credit rating that wasn’t complete trash, etc. That comment about homeownership really makes me wonder what Wu’s taxes look like? Gee Johnny! When you write every dime you make off as a “business expense” in order to owe no taxes, this comes round to bite you when you go looking for loans. This would also explain the automotive choices. Wu’s going for the shitbox “sports cars” from the low tier high interest lender who picks up crap at auction to sell to fools with no credit. Didn’t go with a new Acura because no credit for a new Acura.

Go figure Flu posts three images of the same fucking room - the "dining room" annex between the living room and the kitchen. No pictures of the rest of the house - except the last image. Is that a basement or something? I don't recall seeing simple columns at any point previously, but a basement would explain where the fucking eyelash bike has been hiding all this time.

It's quite possible that, in addition to having no income other than e-begging, Flynt/Wu has no credit history at all. The one job that he briefly held at GameStop would not have provided enough income to get a credit card or rent an apartment. If he and Frank applied jointly for a home loan, this lack of credit history would, at the very least, cost them extra points on the interest and could lead to the application being rejected if Frank's credit history isn't excellent.
However, I suspect that the chance of Frank giving Flynt/Wu a half interest in a house is absolutely nil. And it's dollars to donuts that the Audi and the Porsche are in Frank's name.
Finally, I bet there's one financial detail about his loving marriage with Screamface that Flynt/Wu will never mention -- the Draconian pre-nup he was forced to sign, the airtight pre- nup that makes it clear that Flynt/Wu gets not one penny when Frank dumps him.
