There are nearly limitless very inexpensive options for anyone who is interested in getting some kind of tech job to get a practical education. Programming, infrastructure, information security all included. Compared to other careers, the bar is actually pretty low to get your foot in the door. You don't have to pass any kind of state licencing board, or even hold a degree of any kind. If you have modest aptitude and enough of a work ethic (read: not John) to deal with the grunt work for a while and keep up with what's going on there are boundless opportunities.
The "problem" that John is trying to solve via his idiotic tweets has absolutely NOTHING to do with access to education.
