3. This nonsense again about encryption. Encryption schemes are not foolproof shields against illegal use of your data, any sufficiently persistent hacker will eventually get it. Also, you simply cannot revoke the right of companies that keep track of your credit history, because someone has to keep track of that, it's integral to how credit works in the first place.

This right here is a hugely important point about American wealth that Brianna and her clown car of morons miss. The percentage of people in America who grew up poor and become wealthy is staggeringly low, we're talking a fraction of a percent of a percent. The vast majority of wealthy Americans are wealthy through inherited wealth be it property, stocks, businesses ect. What this means realistically is that wealth inequality is virtually impossible to alter without going full authoritarian and seizing the wealth of others by force.

Suing over a fender bender is pretty vindictive. Is it for money? Isn't she insured (and rich)? Or is it to get "revenge" on some guy making a mistake? Because he's probably got damages to his own car to pay for, one top of the ticket he now has to deal with and all the wonderful consequences that come with that.
