Saying "China" isn't exactly accurate, and Wu is demonstrable out of his depth with crypto, but miner manipulation is very much a thing with PoW coins. I doubt it's politically motivated and just financially motivated, though.

Eventually the blockchain reward (BTC) goes away when the last Bitcoin block is mined. After that, mining still has to take place to verify transactions and, presumably, so that miners are rewarded in transaction fees rather than actual new currency.

That will be number 21 million, in roughly 2140, in the unlikely event it hasn't been replaced by something more advanced by then.

I think Wu-Man means that as the blockchain size increases, the storage space needed for the transactions will increase. The blockchain for bitcoin is around 130 gigabytes, which isn’t that much. Only full nodes store all that info, so it’s not really an issue.

To play devil's advocate for a second, bitcoin mining takes a lot of energy. I don't know if this is completely true, but supposedly the combined energy consumption of bitcoin mining matches that of Nigeria. Bitcoin is additionally really big in China because of their cheap energy solutions, and it's especially prominent in cold climates (such as some parts of China) where their means of mining won't overheat as easily.

So Brianna's statements are grounded somewhat in reality. Stupidity only arises when you push it through the Brianna Wu filter, and now bitcoins are an "economic threat" and will be the sole responsible cause for complete universal entropy. That's when we're back to speaking incoherent, pseudo-intellectual gibberish again.
