That's a curious scenario Brianna created. Most people would attribute "driving well" to being able to handle difficult traffic and new territory or cooperating and communicating with your fellow drivers that you share the road with, or on the more extreme end going to exhibitions and doing things like drifting or running a course. Stating how fantastic you are at driving on an empty road that amazingly isn't a straight line in a city you live in is like bragging that you can juggle like a pro if you're given one ball.

I know I shouldn't expect Brianna to be consistent with her own supposedly espoused values but how she so readily contradicts herself is almost as exasperating as how often she'll sit down and decide it's time to spout out random pop culture references that are at least a year past their prime for the rest of the day in order to sound hip with the kids at age 40. The worst part is that seeing as she makes the over-sexualization of female characters in gaming a huge talking point whenever she pretends to care about video games, I'm honestly not sure if she was being sarcastic when she said she liked Bayonetta. Although assuming she has any self-awareness to joke like that may be giving her too much credit. Or maybe Platinum games are just so good that they even make a person like Brianna Wu overlook their admitted outright fetishization of their protagonist.
What's rather distressing, though, is seeing Brianna try so hard to appeal to a younger generation. It's by no means impossible no matter what age you are, mind you. You could be the raddest grandpa in the world, but you do so by essentially blending in (whether you're actively trying to or not). You keep on the latest topics, casually engage in conversations that appeal with the modern crowd, and most importantly have a sense of humor about things (which is the most universal trait to have). Instead, Brianna seems to just get up some mornings and worry that they'll have to prove their relevancy that day and start quoting movies from the early 2000's, babble incoherently about tech or current events and block anybody who dares to dissent, or spam emojis since that's all the rage with the kids these days.
That's not even touching on how she doesn't have a sense of humor; her "jokes" or attempts at wit are almost invariably either involving her subtly bragging or being spiteful to another person or group. And they're also not funny. I know it's strange to use the words "Brianna Wu" and "human" in the same sentence, but one of the most humanizing moments for Brianna Wu was during the moonrocks incident where she jokingly changed her profile to read "moon rock enthusiast." It displayed self awareness, humility, and a sense of humor, all traits which are rarely seen in Brianna (and lolcows in general). It was done solely to save face, yes, but it made her just the smallest iota more relatable. The very moment she promptly erased that line and went back to trying to defend herself before ignoring the whole thing, she immediately seemed just as impenetrable and spiteful as she's always acted. Like that crazy old guy who yells at passing schoolchildren for straying too close to his lawn, it's nearly impossible to imagine Brianna as anything other than indignant, self-absorbed, and spiteful because they rarely display anything that can be perceived as compassionate or humble just because everything they do appears forced or self-serving.

I'll make it simple for you: We're talking about a narcissist, and said narcissism revolves around believing their own bullshit about their own superiority and more importantly, infallibility. He cut off his own dick because he could never attain that as a guy and was hoping to ride the "pussy pass" card (fake or not) into making anyone who gave him shit for being a know nothing know it all shut up and let him enjoy his delusions of competence.
What you see every time said jackass is a spiteful ass is John Flynt raging at the world for not letting him buy his own bullshit stories, even though he has that "pussy pass" he thought would secure it.

Absolutely. Although I'm certain their transgenderism is a bit more layered than that, if only slightly so, they're unarguably a narcissist, yet Brianna's psyche is still rather perplexing. I've witnessed and even had experience with unabashed narcissists, but Brianna is absolutely dumbfounding in the sheer level of their narcissism (and incompetence but that's another story entirely). Even the worst narcissists I've seen have had some moments where they're forced to show some humility or at the very least will rarely show the slightest bit of genuine empathy that isn't done for convenience, emphasis on rarely, as long as you watch them long enough. But I have never seen somebody so outright and consistently selfish as Brianna. It's incredible given how much information there is on Brianna how irredeemable they can be and how little instances there are of them showing any humanlike traits.

Take an incredibly spoiled and stupid man who was spoiled out the ass since birth, allowed to fuck up royally many, many times while constantly being too vain and arrogant to learn from his own mistakes, got himself addicted to pills, and was such an entitled shit that when forced to be an actual adult for once he cut off his own family even though they had the perfectly reasonable expectation he'd make something of himself without their help.
Now add onto that some mental issues that became apparent during that time that obviously went untreated, and instead this same man decided to do hormones and have his penis cut off instead of becoming a saner and sober person, and he hooked up with a Chinese man with an inability to not wear a permanent scream face who is a vindictive bastard who hates having anyone more competent than him as a spouse who decided to enable a mentally ill man who thought being a woman was a get out of jail free card for having to face their own inadequacy so he could have a compliant dumbass dependent on him and who was willfully blind to the fact they were the sugar daddy for an incompetent leech.
Now add both of these twats going balls deep (especially the one who now lacked them) into a subculture that encourages avoiding personal responsibility, maturity, and human decency for the pretension of acting morally superior while encouraging acting like a scumbag so long as you can justify it with some bullshit about serving a noble cause, then add a lot of yes-men and other scum propping this lunatic with a mangled penis and bloated ego up for their own purposes, only for most to eventually stop far too late for them to realize they enabled someone who has been enabled far too much already.
With all that in mind, is it really that hard to believe someone who has been this much of a human disaster would turn out to be so utterly lacking in morals, compassion and empathy?
Flynt is closer to the original the term comes from, the jackass so self-absorbed in his own delusions of his own good looks he'd rather die believing his own bullshit than live to realize it was bullshit.

I think that's more of a Sociopath. Johnny lacks a few of the skillsets needed to be a true sociopath. Such as Charisma and the ability to lie effectively.

A lot of narcissists aren't charming. Even those who have some success or skills generally do a lot worse than they would without the disorder if they don't have loads of charm. It limits their ability to make use of their assets, improve their lives, and make real connections with others.

A sociopath just has a tendency to display antisocial behavior. Keep in mind that "antisocial" in this context doesn't mean a dislike or inability to socialize as the name would imply, it instead means a general lack of empathy and little respect for the rights of other people, which sometimes includes their physical safety. As a side note, Brianna seems to at least care about other people's physical safety, but then again there hasn't been much opportunity to test that. Regardless, due to these traits common to them, sociopathic people will often enjoy being very manipulative and as a result can come off as very charming.
On the other hand, narcissism is generalized pretty effectively with self-obsession. They will often exaggerate or obsess over their successes and downplay or ignore their failures, and do the inverses towards other people in order to maintain a sense of superiority. There's some overlap between narcissism and sociopathy where both can have a lack of empathy, with narcissists generally able to display a marginal amount compared to a sociopath, but a sociopath can fake empathy more convincingly if it's convenient for them. Unlike sociopaths, however, narcissists can and do usually care about others, it's they just often see them as inferior in one way or another. Conversely, unlike narcissists, a sociopath doesn't see themselves as superior over others, they just outright don't care about other people whereas a narcissist can form a genuine and fulfilling relationship with people who recognize their assumed superiority. Of course, the two aren't mutually exclusive, so it's very possible to have a sociopathic narcissist (or a narcissistic sociopath if you're so inclined).
On the topic of Brianna, she's definitely sociopathic and a narcissist, but she's not too severe on the sociopathic side of things, I'd say only moderate. It's obvious she doesn't care about others and any attempts to appear compassionate are meant to prop herself up, but her antisocial tendencies are very prominent because she has the power to act on them, such as getting people she doesn't like removed from Twitter or being able to hire and fire employees according to whimsy because of her wealthy background. In addition, it's worth noting that it's possible for a narcissist to care about what others think about them and a sociopath to not actually be charming, which are both categories Brianna very apparently fall into.
Edit: Another thing pointing to Brianna's sociopathy is that sociopaths usually abuse or neglect animals, which Brianna has a noted penchant for by keeping her dogs in cages, not properly grooming them, and the incident where she locked one of them outside until it froze to death. In addition, narcissists will very often talk about person possessions which Brianna has very recently began doing with her two new luxury cars and newly-purchased multistory house.

That's why John's narcissistic rage comes out any time anyone points out what an utter moron he is on every subject he discusses, and he starts screeching desperately about "mansplaining," often to a woman, making this bizarre habit even more hilarious. Meanwhile he's a gangly, hulking ogre who wouldn't conceivably fool anyone with his 6 foot 4 frame and obvious dude face.
Maybe he's angry on some level that he went so far as to chop off his own cock and balls, mangle them into a gross, smelly skin pocket, and he isn't taken any more seriously as a "woman" than he was as a man.

We kind of underestimate John's ability to lie because we've been following him for so long and documenting all his bullshit. But John is actually effective enough for most of the people he interacts with. He's very careful about how he words some of his longest-standing lies, he chooses platforms where it's difficult for others to call him out (or at least he can ignore most of the contradictory statements), and he surrounds himself with people who will push his lies for the sake of their shared agenda. Brianna's lies tend to fall apart when he either starts feeling invincible and pushes things too far or when someone is exposed to him long enough to start seeing the contradictions themselves.
