Papa! Papa! How do extreme narcissists cope with the loneliness of the holidays when they have no friends and they’ve burned bridges with all of their family?”

“Well, Tiny Tim. They empty their wallets to buy toys and bragging rights. When they’re extra exceptional, they buy broken high end toys instead of working plebeian toys.”

“Driving well”

That solves the rental vs purchase question.

If you're into house flipping, it would be a good idea to purchase the Wu house, renovate it, and make a nice amount of money.

I don't know. Frank seems to be as whipped as a man can get. He's put hundreds of thousands into failed ideas Brianna has and when she is too lazy to follow through on it, he throws more money into her next dumb idea.

Frank probably thinks with his dick, that's the only explanation why a guy like him puts up with the shit that Brianna does. He's a tranny chaser who is into financial domination, and he's Brianna's paypig.

I find it quite strange Wu not legally compelled to publicly reveal own real biography as a political candidate.

Is it really only left for the rivals and the press to uncover it, and otherwise one can do it as essentially a fictional character?

Also is Wu getting taxpayer money "for the campaign"? I don't know anything about how it is.

Nobody's seat in Congress is threatened by John's play acting at being a candidate. Flynt might not even ever acknowledge the snarling feral ghoul.

You mean the manual gearbox you were just posting about in the Porsche forum, basically asking how to even drive the damn thing?

I doubt they bought the house, but who knows? Maybe Frank got a big year-end bonus or something and wanted to put it into some kind of tangible asset before John could squander it away on figurines, the latest Apple gadgets, pay-to-win games, vanity projects, and run down exotic cars. It's somewhat telling that John didn't use the word "buy" when he described signing the paperwork. It also just doesn't seem likely to me that someone would tap into a 401k if they had other substantial assets available. It also makes no sense to me why someone who dipped into a 401k would buy a Porsche, let alone buy a Porsche for a ghoulish, 6'8", unemployed tranny. If their FEC financial disclosure is accurate, John should be more careful with that retirement money. Once the host dies, much like any parasite, John is not really going to have any means of survival.

Moving alone can be a very expensive endeavor. This is especially true when you have rooms, upon rooms full of idiotic shit to pack up. I am willing to wager that John will not take an active role in packing things up and either expect Frank to do it or for Frank to hire movers to do it. Just imagine what it will be like for the poor bastard who is forced to take on that job of carefully packing up all of John's dusty, grimy, smoke stained belongings.

I feel sorry for those dudes. You know the screeching tranny ghoul will be hovering over them the whole time snarling and snapping at them, while a chink screams at them with a wide open mouth.

It’s pretty clear they didn’t buy. Someone asked if this was the place Brianna mentioned a couple of weeks ago, and she said no. A house closing would have taken a minimum of what, six weeks? Even though I wouldn’t put it past Brianna to brag about signing offer paperwork, I don’t believe she or Frank are willing to take on a mortgage.

It’s too bad she isn’t moving to Jamaica Plain. She can’t even get the name right. She called it Jamaica Plains on the Porsche board. Can you imagine talking to voters and getting their town name wrong?

"Speaking as an engineer, is the gearbox supposed to make a horrible noise each time I change gear? Am I doing something wrong? Why does it have three pedals?"

I think the house would double in value instantly just by removing a single feral ghoul and a Mongolian midget.

Kinda wish Wu was moving there:

At least Wu would have other feral ghouls as neighbors.

Most of us just call it "driving".

He's clearly fantasizing. At some level, he knows he sucks at driving.

Something like 90% of drivers describe themselves as above average. Obviously, most of them are not.

Just from John's insanely dumb posts to that car forum, I am absolutely certain that John's driving would be described with words like "atrocious," "horrible," and drivers witnessing his driving would be driven to profanities and words like "idiot."

Yeah but a 2 anywhere else is a 6 in Boston. Massholes be massholes.

Deep down I did want to believe at least Wu knew how to drive stick for some reason. I didn’t think I could be more disappointed but give John an inch and he’ll dig straight down for a mile.
