Maybe Johhny is confused about Franks worth then because I based my forecast on the Tweets he made when Frank got the new job.

No offense, but if you're basing your estimates of the Wus' financial health on things Brianna tweeted ... well let's just say you're dealing with someone who has a bit of a credibility problem.

It's a literal fact that the vast majority of real problems in the real world could be solved literally with just a reliable source of clean drinking water.

I don't know. Frank seems to be as whipped as a man can get. He's put hundreds of thousands into failed ideas Brianna has and when she is too lazy to follow through on it, he throws more money into her next dumb idea.

Oh I agree, but then I remember that this is a person that has to ask a forum of strangers what size wheels he has on his car, since he apparently can't read a sidewall code or use a tape measure. The odds of this moron being able to even get started with the task by properly measuring the bolt pattern on the spoiler are nearly zero.

That house is a bit pricey, but with a potential 175k income it's within the recommended 38% of income guideline for a mortgage payment.

What's going to kill them are the taxes on houses appraised above $500k that goes into effect next year. That used to be a $1m threshold.

Can't wait for John to sperg about this. I have heavily buttered popcorn waiting for that day.
