To be fair to John, the less items you collect in Super Metroid the tougher it is to finish. But the 8-bit one was always the harder one to beat anyway so this is about as impressive to Nintendo junkies as his shaker paint job was to the motor-heads perusing this python of a thread.
 
How Brianna sees herself when she publicly attacks her opponent for things she and Frank are straight up lying about, when she babbles endlessly about retro gaming "hacks," when she posts plans to buy fancy racing cars, when she discusses Frank's manchild tendencies: "I'm the cool, hot, young techie chick who can totally hang with the boys!"

Reality: She comes off as an unhinged creep in the grip of one seriously bad midlife crisis. Also she has no sense and continually destroys her car's paint job. But what do we expect from someone who didn't think it would be bad to leash her tiny vanity dogs outside all day during below freezing Boston winters?

Headline: She didn't raise her 1 million dollars (Dr. Evil finger), she raised 5000.

The office is real. She's renting a single office in a shared coworking space for 1000 dollars a month, LUL. She's spending more money every month than she's bringing in in donations.

I haven't looked carefully through the receipts for likely star wars watchers, but obviously hardly anyone has signed up. She also hasn't paid a deposit for the cinemas, and hasn't got enough money to pay for them. The Star Wars fundraiser is basically a complete fraud.

This is an incredibly stupid vanity project.

The expenditures page amounts to seven entries. Count 'em, niggers: seven. Three of them are to "Sage (goes in all fields) Payment Solutions", presumably for money laundering, two for the office rental, one for the NGP Race War Van, and one for business cards. Poor Frankie-poo doesn't even get to skim anything off the top this time because there isn't anything to fucking skim *sigh*

This really is bwu personified an empty shell, a delusional manchildism dressing up and playing pretend.

It's really getting down to it now, she's basically got to have it well in hand in the next six months or she's going to miss the deadline. If she had money she could just hire a professional company to do the legwork. No one is going to volunteer to go out in all weathers to knock on doors in order to flatter a tranny's delusions that she could ever be elected.

If things go on the way they are going, she's not even going to be on the ballot. She's must have committed to the office space for 6 or even 12 months. Everything is about form over function for Wu, she's so desperate to appear to be a big cheese she's completely lost sight of reality.
 
Holy shit. I was just looking through the filing for anything interesting and found a whopper. Margaret Pless donated $35.

Brianna Wu accepted a donation from a Kiwi Farms member.
 
I went through the donations and made a generous assessment of how many Star Wars tickets Wu could possibly have sold. The maximum number (counting everyone who donated more than 25 dollars in New England as a ticket holder, and larger donations as multiple tickets) is about 47.

She says she needs 200 to even break even on one screening, and she's planning to hold two.

The best part is she's going to have to RETURN all these payments if the event ends up not happening. I wonder how she's going to play this? Get Frank to pay for the cinema and hold one screening with a tiny number of people there? That would be the ultimate fantasy campaign move.

It'd be great if someone in Yankland would buy a ticket so they can monitor events more effectively. I'd really like to know if this ends up getting quietly shelved.
 
There are only two things that stick out from this filing, aside from Maggie showing up. First is a large number of donations from Somerville and the surrounding area. Most of these weren't there last filing. A handful of these came from Arlington, John and Frank's former residence. If I had to guess, I would assume they are due to Frank passing the hat at work.

There were a bunch of donations from the Lowell/Lawrence area, which is closer to Jace's neck of the woods than Wu or MA-08. It would take anywhere from 75 to 90 minutes to drive from those towns to Wu's Star Wars event, so these donations are puzzling to me.

As usual, most of John's donations come from California. His movie scheme did increase his MA-08 donations from 2 to about 12 or 13.

Yup. She can't even properly run a scam. They'll spend $1,000 for an office they'll maybe step foot in once a month for a photo-op. The "campaign out of my living room" would actually play better in a working class neighborhood against a "big money opponent" but Wu can't brag about being big time on Twitter. Getting those signatures will cost $5,000 at the very least (need 2,000 I believe and they run around $3-$4 a signature to hire a company so that will wipe out a quarter of donations.
 
One thing I forgot - didn't John end last quarter with around $5,000 as his ending balance? I could have sworn that was the case. Reason for asking is, he reported $7,000 and change as his starting balance this quarter.

Where are you getting that from? I'm seeing she reported 6618 bucks on hand at the end of the July quarter, and same at the beginning of the October.
