Honestly it's truly pathetic the quality of the threats in the FBI report. The chief threat against Anita included the phrases "over 9000 bombs" and "behind 7 proxies", which immediately identifies it as being sent by a 12 year old troll.

The stuff about Wu included the Deagle Nation stuff, where they determined immediately that it was satire and informed Wu as much. Not that that has stopped her from using that video in every presentation since as an example of real harassment. That gives you a good idea of how pathetic all the rest of the stuff was. There was also some little kid who called Wu a bunch of times, who basically promised never to do it again and the DA didn't think it was worth prosecuting.

More than half the FBI file is Wu constantly pestering agents about what they're going to do about all her petty crap, as if they don't have any real criminals to track down. I'm kind of surprised that none of them got pissed off and told her the blunt truth that all her shit was completely unimportant, that she was in no real danger and that they had better things to be doing.
 
With Wu in that Trump costume, I just realized that her ad could be adequately described as:
"A man pretending to be a woman, who pretends to be a game developer running for congress, pretends to be a man, who pretends to be a giant monster."
 
Ah yes, nothing lets people know how serious and dangerous a threat you think the Trump administration is than making a wacky campaign video. Looking at it through the lens of the kind of SocJus John espouses, he and Frank have really shown how privileged they are by releasing this garbage; a lot of people aren't in a position to find the things John is saying Trump is doing/will do funny because it actually effects their lives. Meanwhile Frank and John live in cuckoo land, free from any kind of interaction with reality.

One minute Flynt is saying the Great Tranny Shoah will occur any day now, the next he's releasing LOL SO RANDUM AND NERDY ads. He's a stupid fucking moron who can't even get the ideology he subscribes to right. A fucking moron plain and simple.

I do think the blame for this one rests squarely with Frank, not John. Frank's the one who thinks kitsch and monster movies are hilarious - see "Guidolon" for more of the same.

Not for the first time, I'm baffled why Frank is bothering with the vanity campaign. He could just as easily do all this stuff on his own, without the rigmarole of FEC reporting and accounting, and with an equal chance of getting anyone into Congress.

I am curious why you would identify and connect to this narrative, as it's primarily a discussion of the importance of women's reproductive rights.
As in, like, natal women who can bear children.

It's strange how there are places where women are property by law with no real rights to speak of, but our reality is somehow not as real as the imaginary dread of a similar place that only exists as a work of fiction in a Canadian High School's mandatory reading lists.
