A quick consultation with Goog, Goog, Goog & Goog, Attorneys at Law, indicates that the federal EPA regulations don't apply to individual hobbyists doing 2 or fewer cars per year. Not clear whether redoing the same car 3 times would put him over the limit :lol:
The Massachusetts state regulations don't seem to have a specific exemption for hobbyists, but a lot of the rules don't apply if you're using "coatings that are sold in nonrefillable aerosol containers", such as the spray paint John's using.
Plus, a lot of the rules are specified to apply to "automotive refinishing facilities", and it's not entirely clear that John's non-setup qualifies under the definition of "facility".
 
Shining example of Wu's ego in action. He'd prefer to have his car ruined with a shitty paint job than admit he knows nothing about automobiles. 'Cause that would break the illusion that he's a totally radical nerd girl who can do anything a man can.

I assume he means HVLP, not HPLV. That means they're using an actual paintgun and air compressor this time instead of just a rattle can. A basic hvlp setup isn't so expensive, probably $150 or so, but it's so the Wu's to buy shiny new equipment to just do another paint job outside in their dusty yard.

Trump could easily buy Twitter and at worse ban it in the United States if he was pissed about it enough. It wouldn't be hard either since Twitter does nothing to stop terrorists from using it to recruit people and that would be his excuse. Then what John? You're nothing without Twitter.

Jesus Christ she's like an alien, only instead of having access to a great database of information that helps her fit in among the Earthlings, she spends about 10 seconds on various Wikipedia pages before seeing something shiny and getting distracted.
