I don't mean this in an A-log-ish way at all, but the only backfire we're apt to see is if John commits suicide. The inability to reverse the procedure is almost certainly the main reason that transgender suicide rates are right in the stratosphere, and why some of us aren't really joking when we refer to people like John as "mutilated." If he has regrets, we're never going to hear about it because any apostasy on the subject leads to instant excommunication from the SJW church, and we'll only find out about it if he actually self-destructs.

Just to reiterate, I would never want to see this happen and would much rather see John go all Caitlyn Jenner Republican, but that'll never happen because there's not enough grift in that direction.
 
John is too in love with himself to ever suicide. Something extreme would have to happen to him to penetrate his thick bubble of narcissism and really get to him. He is kind of like ADF in that as long as he has toys and asspatters he can avoid any real self-reflection.

EDIT: Furthermore, if John ever felt or expressed any regret for transitioning, I wouldn't feel even the least bit sorry for him given his thoughts on transgendered people who did have regrets.

So far as I can tell, and most "studies" seem to be grinding an axe in one direction or the other, the main objection to GRS isn't that it increases suicide rates, but that it does absolutely nothing one way or the other, and long-term suicide rates are unaffected.

I really don't take any of this seriously. At this point, like race and IQ "studies," it's such an electrified rail that nobody who wants a career willingly even touches the issue. So we literally don't know shit about it.

You'd think people who were supposedly dying like flies would want actual science done to figure out what to stop that, but nope. Tumblrs want everyone doing actual science driven out of the field.

It's almost the exact opposite of what AIDS activists did. You know, the people who screamed bloody murder DEMANDING that science be done. And it was. And a lot of deaths were prevented as a result.
 
I just did a quick search on Twitter for mentions of "Brianna Wu," and my faith in the general public's ability to sniff out scammers has been restored.

If you look at Wu's own Twitter, the vast majority of comments are from people who take her candidacy seriously despite her not doing the least bit of actual campaigning. They love her because in spite of all of her faults because she takes stances on things that they agree with. As we saw from both Trump and Clinton supporters during the presidential election, people will excuse away all bad things if they feel like someone is otherwise representing their interests.

Negative comments are largely from people who've never interacted with her before and who have yet to be blocked. Most of the rest come from supporters whenever she fails to be "liberal enough" although she considers herself far left. Others come from reasonable people she likes who call her out on bullshit.

In the wild, mentions of her name are largely mocking. Lefties and conservatives alike see her for the joke and fraud that she is.
 
While the rest of the progressive Internet is screeching about cockless welfare leeches being b& from Uncle Sam's boys' club, "investigative journalist" John Flynt handles the hard-hitting topics that really matter: comic book movies.

I honestly can't tell is she's talking about The Dark Knight or Dark Knight Rises. Either way she's wrong, since the Nolan Batman movies heavily influenced how Man of Steel and Batman v Superman were made.
