HRT was known to cause cancers in post menopausal women, that might be the source of the confusion among tweeters

the point of bringing it up is to say that cross-sex hormones are unhealthy. it does not really matter if it is cancer specifically, and it is obvious it is bad for you because an entire body system (male reproductive system) atrophies in response to the hormone at troon dosages. the more common risk for MTFs taking estrogen is blood clots. there is also evidence it can cause dementia in males, especially in those who have HIV.

Not defending troonery itself, but at least it took a certain amount of bravery to be openly a troon, and during that period, John just pretended to be a real woman. He didn't fool anyone, because he's obviously a man, but he probably thought he did.

He’s 100x more insidious than the average modern day agp troon who’s largely resigned to a life of dating other dudes on HRT in polycules and remaining outside of mainstream politics.
