Why exactly are more tech people needed in Congress? It's a refrain we keep hearing from Wu but there's never an explanation offered as to why it would be beneficial to anyone except for vague and factually incorrect allusions to cybersecurity. Apart from a few charismatic CEOs and other outliers most people in tech have limited people skills, little knowledge of how the outside world works, and have a pretty poor reputation when it comes to looking appealing to the average person.

When you think of community leaders and figureheads who will fight and be able to politik in the best interests of the people they represent and get the job done, 'tech people' aren't what springs to mind.

I think it's because news and current events usually just peacefully bounces off Brianna's beachball of a brain, so it just doesn't register. But some trace residue sticks and it accidentally leads to one of those fresh and edgy jokes about shootings or death by firetrap, just after a shooting or people dying in a firetrap has been all over the news.

What will you do to accomplish that John? What are your ideas/solutions to fix education? Do you even have any or a plan to get around being a junior member of the minority caucus in congress?
